This property was just lovely. Great price in a great location, with stunning views. Lovely cafe downstairs, friendly helpful owners. Proximity to the beach was just perfect. Bus stop close by, local shops and restaurants just along the beach. Watch the sunset and the sunrise from here, it’s breathtaking.

The location is perfect. All you need is to exit the building and in a few steps you are on a very nice beach, the Troulos beach. The view from the balcony also great, you could lay down in bed and see the sea :). Also the location is quiet and perfect for children than need to have a nap in the afternoon. The bonus at this location is the restaurant. The staff is kind and friendly, the food tastes great and the portions are large.

Everything was lovely. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. The furnitures were bit old but fully functional. The kitchen are had a proper oven all the basic cutlery so you could organise an evening staying at home. The shower has hot water 24/7 and amenities were available during our stay. The matrimonial bed had a hard mattress,hardened than we prefer but thankfully the problem sold as we ask for a soft topper which provided immediately by the owner. The big advantage, however, was the balcony. The impeccable view of Aegean Sea was our reward every afternoon. The accommodation is placed right on the beach of Troulos At the bottom of the accommodation there is also a cute little snack bar that offer a variety of snacks and refreshments.

The apartment (no 16) is located around 50 metres from Troulos beach, which to my mind is one of the best beaches on the island. It has 3 large double or twin rooms (2 with sea views). The living area is a quite large comprising of lounge/dining/ kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and a proper oven and hob for those who like to cook. There is a cafe on site open during the day which serves hot food and cold beer! It has 2 bathrooms.
