The villa is a wonderful home from home - the owners have thought of everything!.Including a fully functional kitchen (with cool bag and tupperware), pottys for our toddler and a great little playarea. The beds downstairs are super comfy, the ones upstairs are more what I am used to in Greece, but still fine! The whole villa has shutters which is great for keeping the sun out in the morning, which meant our kids slept well. The view is stunning and a great place for breakfast and having a drink in the evening. The owners are very responsive to any issues, and very friendly. There were arrival treats left for us which meant we had food for breakfast the next day, and the most amazing homemade jams! George organised transfers for us to and from the airport and both ways they were excellent and even provided appropriate carseats for our 10 month old and 2 year old. We will 100% return as it was perfect for us!

Spacious villa with great garden close (150 m) to the the sea and beach (back uphill, but it's really close). We loved the sea view from the terrace for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the evening you can hear the waves. Behind the house is a second terrace with barbecue, where there is always shade. There is also a playground, children's pool, etc. In the house you will find everything including a cooler bag, parasols or snack boxes. The house has a practical layout - on the middle floor with access to the terrace is also a living room and kitchen. From here, a staircase leads to the lower and upper floors. There are two bedrooms in each. The bedrooms have new quite air conditioning, blinds and realy nice comfortable mattresses. We will definitely be back, we have had a wonderful and comfortable holiday. I recommend to families with children and groups of friends.

Вилла очень уютная, территория потрясающая, много цветов. Приходящие коты создавали домашний уют во время посиделок на веранде :) Все вопросы можно быстро решить с хозяином. Также следует отметить удобное расположение. Сам городок Пефкос очень милый, со множеством отличных ресторанов

La casa è spaziosa e fornitissima di qualsiasi cosa. la cucina ha tutto quello che serve. Al'arrivo(23.00) la signora Lia ci ha fatto trovare acqua birra vino e le cose per per la colazione del giorno successivo. Gentilissima. La casa è in una posizione perfetta. vicina a pefkos ma soprattuttoa due passi da plakia beach.una spiaggia sabbiosa con mare bellissimo. All'interno la casa è in stile tradizionale con forse troppi decori ma comunque quello è solo questione di gusto. I bagni non sono quelli delle foto. Sono stati completamente rimodernati da poco. le docce sono grandi con porte in vetro.(Non la tendina come nelle foto)

Супер домик, отличное место для барбекю, с крышей, можно чилить весь день, солнце не напрягает. Отличный пляж(песочный), один из немногих. Очень комфортно была с двумя детьми и 6 взрослых.
