We liked everything about the villa- the view, the comfort, the garden, the quietness of the area, the smooth communication with the owners/ property managers. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The closest beach was really nice. We would love to stay here again.

The villa is in a great location from where you can see and hear the sea. It has many terraces outside so you can enjoy then at any time of the day. the host was very helpful and we felt very welcomed. the village is also a great option as it has good beaches around, great restaurants and many supermarkets.

The greatest host we ever had! Makis and his Family are warm and kind, helpful, full of happiness and love. They made our stay as pleasant as possible. The house is much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures can suggest. Especially the living room with the amazing view- a dream house! Big plus: + Very clean, tidy, spacious and feel safe place on the hill + You can park the car into the garage (we had a big minibus 9-seater, it was no problem) + The living room and the kitchen are connected, also the great terrace in the garden to have breakfast + 3 Bathrooms, a washing machine, kitchen full of equipment + A big place to play for kids and quite areas for the adults +++ A lot of helpful advices: where to eat, where to go to swim and snorkel, and which beach to visit

Everything was just perfect. The host welcome us like true guests and was really available during our whole stay. The location was perfect, 5 min from the nearest beach and supermarket by foot. The city was 15 min away by foot. Around the villa it was really quiet. A perfect location to relax and chill. We felt like true guests and could really enjoy the Cretan way of life.

Our stay at Villa Familia Chania was absolutely amazing! The host was so great, he warmly welcomed us (raki included!) and was responding quickly to all our requests. The house is very spacious with panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding hills. It has a beautiful garden, with balconies and terraces that you can use at different times of the day. We were a group of 8, and our day started with breakfast outside on the morning terrace, at noon sunbathing in the luxurious garden, in the afternoon a few drinks on the sunset terrace, and at last but not least, we usually ended our day stargazing on the big terrace overlooking the Cretan hills. The house and the kitchen is well equipped, with AC's in all the rooms, and is also conveniently located close to lots of restaurants, beaches, and stores. The photos don't do justice, the house looks 200% better in reality. Thank you, Makis, for your hospitality! You are an excellent host.

Ons verblijf in villa Familia Chania was fantastisch! De villa is echt super mooi en luxe en comfortabel ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en vanuit de tuin op de zee is super mooi! De villa is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het strand en alle voorzieningen van Stalos. De eigenaar Makis is echt super vriendelijk. Hij was aanwezig om ons te ontvangen, terwijl wij om 12 uur 's nachts aankwamen. Hij gaf ons informatie over allerlei uitstapjes, restaurants enz. Ook hielp hij mee om een probleem op te lossen met het autoverhuurbedrijf. Wij hadden een super vakantie en we willen graag nog eens terugkomen!

Dom przepiękny, wszystkie możliwe udogodnienia, w zasadzie nie można chcieć niczego więcej podczas urlopu. Ale najlepszy jest gospodarz, Makis jest niewiarygodnie gościnny, chętnie pomoże w każdej sytuacji. Szczerze polecam ten kawałek ziemi i tych ludzi, nie zawiedziecie się:) Stunning house, has everything you can imagine during vacation. But the best is a host, Makis is incredibly helpful, he will help in any case you'll have. I truly recommend the place and the people, you won't be dissapointed!
