I rate based on a visit in mid-October. It is a small quiet village. There is a pebble beach nearby. There are a few restaurants, a few shops and one larger supermarket by the road. There is a rental of kitesurfing equipment nearby on the beach. The village is close to both the capital city and the airport, so it is a good place to stay before leaving the island.

Busy little town ready/available/welcoming to visitors but not at expense of own identity. Thriving with businesses, beautiful church and grounds, friendly and helpful ...great restaurants and Tavernas, good variety of shops...amazing butchers and fruit shops! Bakeries and cafe's aplenty. Good and regular bus service - taxi station in CENTRE Best bus stop is in CENTRE by Biblioteka- Church-SkyBar. First Kremasti stop from airport is a long dark narrow road after roundabout ......2nd stop is CENTRE Great traditional food/atmosphere Kalagris near Church/centre Mimossa -on beach road . The place was cute and inexpensive but some roads have no sidewalk and the drivers are quite aggressive. Handy for visiting Rhodes town and near the airport. Large and spread out along a busy main road. Not the most attractive place and poor choice in the tavernas, mostly aimed at fast food options. Quiet small town, everything is easily accessible by local...
Quiet small town, everything is easily accessible by local bus, or it is possible to rent a car. There are several supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries in the city. 3.5 km long coastal promenade, several beaches, which are very clean. I recommend it to those who want quieter relaxation.
