What an amazing find! Stunning location, right on the beach overlooking Mount Athos and Diaporos island. The beach is perfect, fairly private and right in front of the house. A couple of boat rental companies are a short walk away, very convenient if you wish to spend the day going around Diaporos island. The house is spotless, equipped with everything you might need. Bedrooms upstairs and living room and kitchen downstairs, a few terraces and outside areas made it perfect for sitting out, having a meal with a view of the sea. The owners live in the house next door, and were exceptional hosts - super helpful, kind, always trying to accommodate - felt like being around family.

My family and I are delighted. The place is chic. House with access to the best beach, especially if you are relaxing with a child. The water is clean, it is a couple of degrees warmer than on other beaches. We had sunbeds and umbrellas at our disposal. The coast is sandy. Everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail. There is absolutely everything you might need. The house is clean, very beautiful, with a gorgeous sea view from all bedrooms. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I will give one of the examples. My daughter really wanted to catch a fish with a net. The owner's mother, when she saw daughter's unsuccessful attempts, built a special structure with which my daughter was able to catch a fish. The daughter was extremely happy. The holiday exceeded our expectations, thanks for that to the owners!

The best of everything were the hosts. Very friendly, good quality people, ready to help with anything, we did not miss anything. But we got extra good chats (over a glass of wine) over more or less philosophical matters :). The villa is gorgeous, everything is the best shape and high quality. The location is easy accessible from the main road, making is simple to roam around (restaurants, markets and beaches). The rooms are generous, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. We also enjoyed buying fish from the local fish market and use the grill from the yard. As the sea is just 10 meters behind the villa, it was great for the kids. Also as the villa is facing East and mount Athos, it is very nice to watch the sun rise (even from the bedroom). Everything was great, we had the best time, thanks to Kostas. Looking forward to go again.

The villa is just on the beach. The property is very clean, equipped with all we needed. The main bedroom has a fantastic sea view. Kosta and his family are really very nice people, and they're ready to help you at any time. I recommend this villa to everyone who is looking for a silence, relax, good service and all needed to spend a fantastic vacation.

Очень уютный и красивый дом на самом берегу моря. В доме сделан качественный ремонт, все очень чисто. Два полностью оборудованных санузла на обоих этажах, кухня со всем необходимым оборудованием. Хорошо работает wi-fi, даже на пляже возможно им пользоваться. Большая ухоженная собственная территория, есть отдельная зона для барбекю. Дом стоит прямо на первой линии, море буквально в нескольких метрах. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяев дома, живущих в его второй половине - Костаса, его брата Титоса и их маму. Это прекрасные, гостеприимные и добрые люди, готовые помочь в решении любого возникающего вопроса. Искренне рады, что провели свой отпуск в этом прекрасном месте.
