It was our 3rd time in Paxos and this time was absolutely the best. Briony was so lovely and helped us with booking a taxi on our arrival. She was very happy to help with any questions. The villa was very comfortable and in the beautiful location. Swimming pool was very clean. It was great to start a day with a quick dip. There are two breathtaking beaches 2-5 minutes away. We will definitely be back. Thank you Briony, we had a wonderful time!

We are a British/Greek family living on Paxos and we are happy to welcome you to our villas on beautiful Paxos. Our houses are all well maintained and furnished and decorated to a high standard, to provide you with a perfect holiday experience. We are happy to help during your stay if you wish to reach out to us, and will always respect your privacy. We are available via phone or email during standard hours, and of course for emergencies.

Property info

The Kantada Villas, Villas Dioni, Eleni, Stelios, and Petros, are a collection of 4 separate villas situated near the southern end of the island, about 2.5km from Gaios and close to Moggonissi bay. There is a large shared pool accessed by stone steps on an upper terrace adjacent to the villas. Each house has views of the sea and mainland Greece and is a 2 minute walk away from a secluded beach. The houses are perfect for individual family bookings, or larger bookings for families or friends who wish to be close but still maintain some privacy. Each villa is simply and comfortably furnished, with indoor and outdoor seating areas and a covered terrace. The main bedroom is a half flight of stairs up from the living area, with air-conditioning, an en-suite shower room, spacious built in wardrobes (with a safe), and views to the sea. The twin bedroom is a half flight of stairs down from the living area and also has its own en-suite shower room, air conditioning, built in wardrobe, with views of the garden. The open space living area is light, airy, and comfortably designed and opens out onto a covered terrace with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher.

Neighborhood info

The Kantada Villas are situated on Paxos along the coastal road 2.5km south from the main village of Gaios and within walking distance of Moggonissi Bay. Gaios is the hub of Paxos, with a great selection of restaurants, cafe bars, boutique shops, and of course supermarkets and places for boat and car hire. Moggonissi bay is a 12 minute walk away from the properties. Here you'll find a local restaurant situated on a sandy beach, perfect for kids and families. There's also a charming Italian owned cafe bar with great pizzas and seafood, providing a perfect spot to sit with a drink and watch the boats go past. A stone's throw away from the properties is a small pathway that provides access to the bay below. This quiet beach has sun for most of the day, shade provided by olive trees, and also a spot to moor a small boat if required. The properties are easy to get to, a short 10 minute drive away from Gaios harbour. There are plenty of places on Paxos to hire mopeds, quad bikes, cars, or boats to travel and explore the island with lots of interesting spots and bays waiting to be discovered. A car is recommended.
