Everything. The villa exceeded our expectations at every turn. We were worried to be honest, as we were staying somewhere new. But, the photos don’t do it justice. Stayed here with my 3 girlfriends and we are still sad 2 weeks later. We are already planning to come back. Part of me wants to gatekeep it so we can have it 😂. The villa was cleaned every 2 days and the pool was cleaned mid stay. Kleopatra was our host and she was amazing, booked things for us and was always available. Instructions were super easy to get there. Will be back next year and the next and the next and the next…if you ever sell it, contact me first

Selune Boutique Home is a private hill villa, located on the slopes above Skiathos town and the cosmopolitan beaches of Vasilias and Achladies all 5 minutes drive away. The villa is positioned in a serene and isolated location, hidden among olives, rocks, and pine trees. The property was partially renovated in 2020, offering a mixture of island chic and bohemian vibes. It features BBQ facilities, a stone oven, and a private swimming pool (length: 4.00m, width: 2.20m, depth: 1.20m) surrounded by six sunbeds and umbrellas. The house extends over two floors and features three furnished 180o view balconies. On the upper floor, the is the open plan fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a coffee maker, along with the dining area in the living room area that boasts a fireplace. The upper floor offers a WC as well. The ground floor holds the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower cabin and one with bathtub). The property can accommodate up to 6 guests. Thanks to its strategic location on top of a hill, Selune Boutique Home offers sea and mountain views, in a completely serene environment among the olives, pine trees and rocky mountains of Skiathos. It is the perfect spot for stargazers. The villa provides easy access to the Monastery of Evangelistria, the Skiathos Castle “Kastro” as well as the remote, but amazingly beautiful, the beach of Kehria. Note to guests: Villa is accessible only by dirt road, which is however suitable for all types of vehicles.
