Beautifully remodeled studio apartment with a nice view of the water. Clean and well appointed. The walk to the beach and restaurants was not too long.

A couple of minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Marathi. Looks like a well, newly renovated flat, has everything you need, but if you’d like to make some of your own food, bring food before coming as the area doesn’t have a supermarket. Very clean and bed is super comfy.

This would be a nice spot to spend a few quiet beach days. We were just needing somewhere close to airport for an early morning flight so did not get the full benefits of the comfortable apartment that had everything needed for an extended stay. Our host gave great check in instructions and left wine and fruit for us - a very nice surprise.

The bed was super comfy, the bed linen was high quality and the pillows were perfect for a comfortable sleep. The shower was fabulous. Everything in the room that we needed. Eleftheria was always on hand and her communication was speedy and emails well written. The view from the window was lovely to look out at the sea every morning. Location spot on - we were able to pop down to the bay every day early for our swim. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

The property is located within 5 minute walk from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for the stay. It is air conditioned and clean. The host is very friendly.

Great location, only 5 min walk to the nice beach of Marathi. Eleftheria is a great host and always available to come and fix little things like the wifi connection which was not working properly . She left in the room some Greek sweets and Ouzo to welcome us and that was really thoughtful of her !

Eleftheria is very friendly and willl quickly reply to any question one asks her. The place is brand new, clean and has all the basics one needs while on holidays. Very comfortable bed and awesome water pressure in the shower! :) It's a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is breathtaking! You will need a car to move around, unfortunately there are no buses.

If you prefer smaller resorts then Marathi Beach is great and Eleftheria’s apartment is in the perfect location to walk down to the beach and restaurants. It’s a small apartment but for one or two people it’s ideal. Cooking facilities are basic, but if, like us you just want to prepare breakfast and snacks it’s more than adequate. The small road outside the apartment can get a bit busy at certain times but there is a small courtyard and gate between the road and the entrance so it didn’t cause us any issues. Eleftheria was super helpful and friendly and gave us loads of advice on everything from boat trips and car rental to covid testing centres. I’d definitely stay there again.
