Hello, First of all, the architectural design of the house and its location are really beautiful. The owner lives above side of the house, but we only saw him at check-in. He is Very Helpful, hospitable and Good person. Other than that, it's a great place to relax during your vacation. Those who want to have a quiet and calm holiday should prefer it due to its location. The garden and the beach are very beautiful, but the sea in front of it needs to be cleaned of some sea urchins. Apart from that, the location and facilities of the house are really great. The Only Disadvantage ı can say, unfortunately, the internet at home is very weak, a stronger Wifi and Internet is required for this. House is located close to the center of the island. However, a car is a must for transportation.

Ignatios house is very stylish we loved the interiour. The house had everything what we need. We were very suprised because the house exceeded our expectations. Ignatius thought of everything. It was really more than enough. The garden is very big and beautiful. The kids could play and we could chill all the time. This place gave us peace an harmony. We loved it there very much. The private beach is very nice, clean and calm. We enjoyed our time there with our three kids very much. We enjoyed also that we where at the beach on our own. We had a amazing time at the Villa Melani! Ignatios is a very nice person. He helped wherever he could. Thank you for everything dear Ignatios. We plan to come next year hopefully again and stay longer at this wonderful place!

Such a beautiful property, we had an amazing few nights away. Private beach and very clean house. Beds were so comfortable. Mytilini very close, 10 mins away. Perfect little taverna down the road which we went to a few times. The kids loved the beach and the garden. Just remember beach shoes. I Cannot fault anything, I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would stay again. This property was the one for our holiday I was most excited about and it didn’t disappoint. Ignatis was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend visiting his distillery EVA only a few minutes away, the pomegranate liquor and ouzo were amazing and you can do a little tour and tasting. Thankyou Ignatis for an amazing stay we will remember.

Very beautiful house with a wonderful mediterranean garden. The location with private access to the beach is unique in the area and perfect for visiting the eastern part of Lesvos. The owner Ignazio is a very kind and helpful person, he made everything to make our stay pleasant. It was a real pleasure to meet him.

Mr. Ignatis was a perfect owner! We never felt like a customer at his place we were more like friend having a lay over at his place. Very think was flawless!!! Location was perfect too. We had our own car with us so it was easy to drive to anywhere on island… also we could be able to park our car right front of door!

Amazing location with incredible little beach that was very tranquil. Wonderful views. The property is super luxurious and well furnished. All little details have been considered! Ignatis is a very kind and friendly host, he even brought some fresh scallops he caught in the bay! And let us sample some of his ouzo that he makes (he owns a distillery). Incredible place, paradise basically
