Ilias was fantastic, he was very welcoming and helped us with booking transportation. He shared his own experiences and gave suggestions to some really great restaurants and even booked us the reservations. We were really looked after and he checked in every day to ensure we had everything we needed and asked us for feedback on everything at the end of our stay. He also went out of his way to help us with an unexpected problem we had which was very helpful. Katerina the chef cooked outstanding food and the breakfast was the highlight to our morning. We will definitely be coming back to santorini hights if we come on holiday again and will be recommending our family and friends to stay there thanks to Ilias.

the villa we stayed in was for our honeymoon the host was excellent and answered every question we had, however the breakfast that was served on our balcony every morning could have been more choice, there was snacks and drinks in the fridge, however these were extra cost, but considering the cost of the room at 500 pounds per night these should be complimentary as other villas that are less are free. the pool says it is heated however it was a very cold, we had to ask for the pool to warmed up more, it took 2 days to do this and then when it was warm it was fine, but the following day it was freezing cold, but it was now to late for the pool temeptrure to be rectified as we was going home, the place itself is lovely, but for the money it cost of nearly 3000 pounds for 6 days we felt it was a little over priced, if we was to go there again we would stay somewhere else.

He managed to get us incredible sunset view tables and we honestly had the most amazing time on this break. We stayed in the Cactus Suite with its own pool, outdoor dining and outdoor lounge space. We loved it! The views were amazing and you could easily pop into town for dinner. Thomas was amazing and always there to help. He helped us arrange a rental car for the next day and provided really good recommendations of what to see and do on the island.
