All..We're a pretty demanding family. Now we were 2 families. From the beginning the owner helped us with everything you can imagine and still cooked us a great dinner for 10 people. What more could you ask for? Great

Very comfortable and big villa in a beautiful Gennadi village. A supermarket, fresh vegetable shop, bakery, and lots of tavernas can be found within walking distance from the villa. Villa has everything you need for a good holiday. Very well-equipped kitchen with lots of appliances. The only issue was the oven - when you turn it on, the electricity turns off in the house :) But you can always use an outside grill. The pool is simply amazing! We and our kids just loved it! The host deserves a special mention - Giorgos and his father made our holidays special! We were welcomed at the villa with traditional dishes (fried chicken and potatoes!!!) and a fully stocked fridge. The host was very helpful during the entire stay. At the end of our holiday, there was a terrible wildfire in the southern part of Rhode island, and despite all the circumstances, Giorgos and his father assisted us during the evacuation and provided us with accommodation, for which we are extremely grateful!

A villa designed with good taste and artistic view, but also extremely functional. Beautiful view on the Mediterranean. Nice pool and a fenced yard/garden offering plenty of privacy. Very well equipped – both kitchen and otherwise.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach, easy walk into town. 3-4 very good restaurants within walking distance. Beach is wonderful, crystal clear water with very few people on it. Villa was spotless, pool is great, everything about it was perfect. Giorgos is a fantastic host, the best I've ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars!

The location was good, close to a quiet beach and really lovely village of Gennadi with restaurants for a variety of affordability. The pool was a good size and well maintained. Giorgos our contact was so helpful and welcoming. He really helped us find what we needed all through our stay, he went above and beyond the call of duty! The house was big and spacious for all six of us ( inc 2 children)with secure parking.

Wow, what a villa! This villa was just about perfect for our group. Lots of space inside and out, a great swimming pool where we spent most of the week🏊🏊🏊 The villa was in a great location midway between the beach and village of Gennadi. Its a stony beach but plenty of fun. Gennadi is a real Greek village - plenty of locals, handful of great restaurants, supermarket, and fantastic bakery. We went to Lindos one day and much preferred Gennadi. Giorgos, the villa manager, was an excellent host, always happy to help and answer questions both prior to our holiday and during our stay. He was able to arrange airport /port transfers too. When we arrived the fridge was full and there was be best homemade moussaka we have ever had! A lovely touch and meant we didn't need to go rushing out to the supermarket when we arrived. Highly recommended

I travelled over the years quite a lot over the world, but such a host like Giorgos is I didnt meet anywhere. I appreciate his kindness, hospitallity and his assist with everything we need. I can just rate him with 10+. Villa has also all facillities what you need. Our children really enjoyed time by the pool and we by the outside fireplace.Even everything he left for us there is exceptional.Giorgos evharisto once again for everything.

Ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgaber, der schon im Vorfeld bei der Planung des Mietautos sehr geholfen hatte und ein komplett eingerichtetes, großzügig gestaltetes Haus, dessen Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft mit sämtlichen Köstlichkeiten gefüllt war, damit wir nicht gleich einkaufen gehen mussten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
