The accommodation is comfortable and welcoming. The host was present for arrival and showed the features of the room - balcony off the back, wifi code, kitchenette amenities, bathroom. Everything was great. Location is a short walk from grocery store, coffee and food shops. I would recommend taking a taxi if you are coming from the Glossa port as the climb in elevation is quite a bit.

Pansion Platana is located on the edge of Glossa Town and a 5-minute drive from the beach. This quiet, family-run hotel offers simple rooms with private balconies, air conditioning and TV. Free Wi-Fi internet access and free parking are provided. Guests are welcome to use the hotel’s barbecue facilities. The pension is located close to a super market, a bakery, as well as café and restaurants. It is also very close to Agios Ioannis Church, famous from the Mama Mia movie. The bus stop is only 98 feet from the pension Platana.
