The staff is really nice. we arrived in the middle of the night, and someone waited for us , showed us where to park and the apartment. They cooked us a home meal and gave us a bottle of wine. We really enjoyed, excellent service.

Property info

A spacious 1 bedroom apartment, on the 7th floor with a huge terrace and panoramic view, near the center of Athens and next to the bus from and to the airport. Not to worry. There is also an elevator up to the 7th floor of course :) Our flat offers everything that a business traveler, individual, couples, friends and small families may need, looking for an authentic and lively stay in Athens. The terrace is also furnished and it´s the proper place to start your day in Athens, taking your breakfast or enjoying the last drink gazing to the Lycabettus and Hymettos Hills and the amazing view over the urban panorama of Athens. On the 7th floor of a newly constructed building (we also offer a precious parking spot free of charge!), this cosy 40 sq.m. flat is well and efficiently designed, with plenty of natural light. There is one bedroom, an open living room space/kitchen, a bathroom, a big terrace and also a small balcony. Also, Nova tv is available. Our flat is conveniently located near the centre of Athens but also within walking distance for most of the major hospitals and health centers of the city!

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in Ambelokipi, a central area of Athens, just a few km from Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. Placed in a side quiet street, it is just a few meters from the Express Bus X95 to (and from) the airport and other lines to the city center. For those who prefer the Metro, the station "Panormou" is just a 5 min of walkng distance. There crosses the Metro line 3 (blue one), which goes to the airport or towards the city center, f.i. to Syntagma Square, the central and Parliament´s square, Monastiraki (the heart of the historical Athens on the feet of the Acropolis), or to Keramikos (the vibrant center of Athens' nightlife). Ambelokipi is a typical area of Athens, where you will find all the shops and the services you may need all around you. Plenty of small shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, hospital, banks, post office and more are less than a short walk away from the flat.
