Location is central - it takes around 15 min of walking to the central square of the city, there are a lot of markets, bakery, and coffee shops around. Sign in was easy - everything happen as agreed before arrival. Apartment is suitable for two people, bed is comfortable, WiFi is great, bathroom has everything you need and the view from the balcony is phenomenal. We had great 7 days spent in this apartment.

Strategically positioned in the heart of Thessaloniki our renovated and fully furnished Studio-Office will respond to any need either you travel for business or relaxation.The specially designed space stands on the 7th floor *(there is an elevator) of a recently built condominium on the 26th Oktovriou Str. It can comfortably accommodate 2 persons and consists of the following spaces and amenities. •Fully equipped Office with bookcase. •Spacious lounge area •Rest space with double bed and closet *(an extra single bed can be added) •Kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, coffee-maker, water boiler and toaster •Free Wi-Fi •Bathroom • Sheets and towels provided. •There is also a balcony which makes the studio very luminous and pleasant, with view to the entire city. Nearby you can find educational schools, the Courthouse,Dikastirion Sqr. and the Port of Thessaloniki.

It is within walking distance from all the Byzantine sites. Just by the historic and commercial center of Thessaloniki. You can visit Aristotelous Sqr. , the Hagia Sophia Cathedral, or even have a waterside amble to the White Tower. It is also worth visiting the harbor of the city and enjoy all the renovated buildings of the museum, the local services and of course the variety of bars and restaurants. With a walk distance of only 5 mins away from the legendary ΄΄Ladadika΄΄ there is no excuse for not visiting a tavern, listen to some traditional ¨rebetika¨ songs and enjoy the amazing preservable old city. Guests can access very easily the International Exhibition Center of HELEXPO ,any scientific (Univeristy) or commercial area of the downtown. There is a bus stop in front of the Studio, so as to move easily to any direction of Thessaloniki. Furthermore for those who prefer to use a private means of transport, a taxi rank is also positioned nearby.
