I have stayed here throughout times my entire life! It is comfortable, clean, and ideally located for the best views of Symi that you could imagine. The staff is beyond amazing, and Nikos at the front desk is so incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. There was nothing that the staff did not do to make our stay more comfortable.

We only needed a 1 night stopover close to the ferry and this place was perfect. We booked the cheap room as we only needed the bed. It is easy to sit on the patio Or the deck in front of the hotel if you want to enjoy the action view of the small port.

I simply love the hospitality of this hotel that was represented by Sevasti. I had missed my ferry stop due to a mishap and unfortunately could not stay for a prepaid night. However, Sevasti kindly understood and applied a credit for me to use for a future date. I am grateful for this genuine hospitality and consideration to travellers - I have not come across any other establishment that would even consider this! Upon being able to rebook, the hotel was fantastic located right by the dock with access to swimming and nearby beaches. Having an included breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean in the morning was a lovely experience. I am most appreciative to Sevasti, Nick who kindly checked me in early, and the kind staff at this hotel who work hard to ensure everyone has the best experience for what Symi represents - thank-you!

The sea view from the patio was gorgeous and the rooms clean and comfortable. The one tradeoff that comes from the location is that there's street noise from below, and one night a group on a boat in the harbor partied all night long. I prefer quiet/serene locations, off the beaten path, so next visit I will book something more away from the town center.

All was fine, except the Rom we got. But we was told that it was we had ordered. But we expected a Rom with a balcony, as shown on all pictures. Our Rom had no balcony, only a Window and it was located so the only view to three Walls.

What can I say? Symi is beautiful everywhere. The hotel is located right in front of the sea, and yet quiet, calm, and peaceful. You can directly swim in the sea, it is pretty clean and amazing! Walking distance to the port where the ferry is. You can eat everything in the hotel's restaurant that which offers delicious food. There is also a supermarket nearby. The breakfast was great, full of choices, eggs, omelettes, cheese, great olives, cakes, and so on. Our room was quiet, but it was on the other side of the road and had a small terrace which we loved. We definitely would like to stay in this hotel next time.

I don’t know the names of all the staff but Sebastian and Nikos who worked the front desk were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and wish we had time to stay longer.
