Costa carried our heavy suitcase to the loft apartment up a very steep (but solid) courtyard stairwell which was generous given the reason we had booked the apartment last-minute is I had an injury from Alonissos steep steps. The senior host was gracious as once we checked out she offered to store our cold items in the fridge and kept our luggage on her front porch - that freed us to have breakfast at the marina - until it was time to catch the bus which is a short walk up the street, so most convenient. The same with the beach (half is organised so sunbeds and shower, half is unspoilt or natural) and a short walk away. Hovolo beach is safe to swim at sunrise and sunset as the temperature was just too high during the day.

Good place close to the beach. The owner really helpful and friendly. The room was ok since we were spending most of the time outside. The balcony with the seaview really nice We didn't use the kitchen but there were everything and two small electric cooktop.

Locatia a fost foarte usor de gasit fiind chiar la strada principala. Au fost draguti in a ne permite sa ne cazam cu o ora mai devreme (desi in final am ajuns mai tarziu) cat si sa plecam cu o ora mai tarziu. Au fost foarte primitori si ne-au ajutat cu ce intrebari am avut, chiar si cu a rezerva un sofer pentru a ne duce in Skopelos dimineata devreme pentru a prinde rasaritul. Camera avea un balcon dragut de pe care ne-am putut bucura de o vedere frumoasa in fiecare zi cand mancam. Dar va recomand sa rezervati o camera la etajul cel mai de sus pentru o priveliste si mai frumoasa. Camera era spatioasa si micuta bucatarie suficienta pentru nevoile noastre. Eram foarte aproape de orice, pana-n 5-7 minute de mers pentru ajuns la plaja, multiple magazine, restaurante, farmacie, statie de autobuz. Noi nu am folosit acest serviciu dar tot de aici puteti inchiria si ATV sau scuter pentru a va plimba pe insula mai usor.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική, εντός του χωριού του Νέου Κλήματος. Υπήρχαν κοντά εστιατόρια για φαί, καφετέρια για χαλάρωση, φούρνος, μικρό σούπερ μάρκετ και ήταν εξαιρετικά ήσυχα. Το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στην παραλία Χόβολο, που κατά την γνώμη μου είναι η καλύτερη του νησιού. Σε ότι αφορά το δωμάτιο, ήταν καθαρό, με ωραίο μπαλκόνι που έβλεπε θάλασσα.

Уютно, мило. Аутентичная обстановка, балконы с красивыми видами, где можно пообедать и поужинать с комфортом. Рядом несколько хороших заведений: ресторанов, баров. В самих апартаментах есть аренда скутеров, квадроциклов, машин и лодок. Очень доброжелателя ней и приветливый персонал.
