A bustling harbour and marina area of downtown Athens.
A bustling harbour and marina area of downtown Athens. We loved it as being near the Zea Marina meant lots of nightlife and amazing super yachts etc. It had a good family feel with people out and about safely having fun till quite late. You could access public transport to get into Athens centre easily and I would say this is a good a place to stay if not better due to ability to swim and see some quieter parts beyond the central tourist areas. It also meant accessing trips to the Islands was easy as they mainly left from the marinas, and if you wanted a ferry or cruise these were also nearly at the port the other side of the peninsula.

We stayed near the marina which had lots of quaint restaurants. It was easy to walk around and enjoy. The hop-on hop-off bus stop was right outside our hotel and provided easy access to Athens without all the headaches of staying in Athens. Since we were taking a cruise, this hotel was easily accessible to the cruise terminal and the hotel staff took care of all our arrangements.

Our host was amazing.
Our host was amazing. She was such a great facilitator and helped us find everything that we needed. She was just more than cordial. She even helped us find a plug that we needed in the town nearby. Shelters find our way to the train and I have it was a very nice clean, happy place and about a 20 minute cab ride to the port with the cruise ships, she was amazing

It was several years since my last visit and I was pleasantly surprised. The area around the new metro station is so nice full of stores and cafes. The sea is so close and the feeling you get is that of a crowded yet friendly neighborhood.
We booked this apartment last minute after our ferry out of Athens was cancelled. It was a very short walk from the port, and while we did have to go to Eva Hotel to collect the keys, it was very close to the apartments and on our way. We arrived expecting to only drop our bags off, as it was hours before check in, but they gave us the keys when we got there which was fantastic. The apartment is large, modern and very clean. We found the beds very comfortable and had everything we needed for the night. Would definitely recommend.
The best host ever! Clean space and easy communication with them - I highly recommend staying here if you want to be near the port. At first glance it may seem like it is just another boring hotel room but don't worry because your new home has all of amenities necessary for any traveler: comfortable bedding/ pillows ( Sheet panelles police!), free WiFi access along side kitchen amenities such as pots pans cups dishes etc., and private bathroom complete with shower.
The location of the hotel between both the main ferry port and the nice yachting harbour of Piraeus is excellent - both easy walking. The nearby underground also takes you to Athens city and the airport.
The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, especially when we had to stay an extra night as flights cancelled.
Very clean hotel and food (dinner and breakfast) was great too. We also had a balcony.
Hotel staff were very pleasant. Although there is no parking- the lot across from the hotel was offered for 11 Euros a day- coming and going as desired- which was a plus since parking is challenging in Piraeus, so close to the port. Shops all around- so there really was no need for a car- since the Metro train is right around the corner and will get you to all the sites in Athens, but we had a car.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is perfect if you're arriving to Athens by boat. It's easy to get to the metro to access other parts of the city too.
The hotel offered a free pick up from the port which was incredible and very much needed after the long journey.
The staff were incredibly helpful and informative. Thank you so much!
Location is great. We chose not to walk to the port because of our luggage, but the hotel called our taxi for us and we were there in 5 minutes. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. The 24 hour desk is always great for people who fly into Athens late and want to leave from the port early. We also really loved the water pressure and temperature in the shower.
Celebrating our 40th anniversary in Greece we chose the hotel based on price and amenities. Great choice! Wonderful staff, all kinds of up grade possibilities here! The food was fantastic and the shuttle to the cruise ships are right on time. Everything was top notch! Thank you for making our stay memorable
It is a hotel with a very good location for those who want to travel by ferry from the port of Piraeus
There are terraces nearby, where you can eat, also the surface metro to the center of Athens is close.
The lady at the reception was very nice and changed my room at my request.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Had a hair dryer.👍🏻 I went for football, but forgetting that, there was a lovely marina, with very reasonable prices. Transport into Athens itself is very cheap. Overall I was delighted with the hotel.
The hotel was only a ten minute walk to the metro station and trains into Athens ran every 10 minutes or so and took about half an hour to get to the city centre. Some terrific restaurants close to the hotel offering Italian, Indian, Thai and Greek food.
Perfect hotel for an overnight between ferry and airport. Comfortable room with good bed and bathroom. Very friendly helpful staff. Would also be a great hotel for touring Athens at a more reasonable price than staying around Syntagma or Plaka.
This hotel was great for a night before catching a ferry the next day. It’s right near the port. The staff were super helpful too. Our room was great- very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also great for €6
The air conditioning also worked great.
The hotel is in an excellent location and is less than 10 minutes walk to both the port and the metro station. We had a lovely stay and were surprised with a balcony and a lovely view of Athens.
Fantastic location for cruise port and ferries especially one night layover for travel next day. They will even arrange car pickup from the airport to the hotel. Pay the driver separately.
The hotel was very easy to get to on the bus from the airport - about 1-hour ride on the bus and about 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Room was clean and comfortable.
Check-in was easy. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The location is very close to the port.
