Small resort Good location, near Corfu town with easy transportation by bus to hotel from Airport and Corfu town. Beautiful stoney beach with €12 euro charge for 2 beds & umbrella. Good variety of restaurants but in our experience cost has increased for food and drink since last year.

Gouvia was great for us, great sea shores, nice quiet places and some points of interest. located in about the center of the island allowing day
trips (1-1.5 hours driving) to either north/south/west parts of Corfu.

Gouvia itself isn’t great.
Gouvia itself isn’t great. Beach is small, crowded, merky water etc - no where near as good as other beaches on the island. The town has some lovely restaurants, but it’s very very touristy (Brits abroad - a bit like Benidorm).
Has good bus links to Corfu Town and some much nicer beaches and places on the island.

The location of Gouvia is excellent!
The location of Gouvia is excellent! Close enough to Corfu Town, Corfu port and Corfu airport, so very accessible. It has a range of restaurants and cafes around, enough shops and supermarkets and is a 2 minute walk to the main road foing through the island. However, as the beach is not very nice and not well maintained, it is not a place to spend your vacation. We only spent the nights in Gouvia and spent the days exploring the island and for such a vacation I would recommend it. Also, as it gets quite noisy at night, I would not recommend it to families with young kids or older people looking for some restful and peaceful vacation.

It is a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach, close to Corfu city and airport. However you will need to rent a car. Once you have one, it is a great place, since you can easily drive to all other parts of the island.

The village is small, but with nice view to the sea, warm water, beach with stones, good restaurants, not far from the Corfu town. The restaurant in the Palotel hitel was good, the breakfast bar with iced coffe fresh juices, ive cream and waffles was perfect. Te excursions can be bought near, as well as car rent.
The room was great. Very spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom with a shower that worked well. The AC kept the room nice and cool and the balcony had a lovely view over to the local beach.
The staff were really helpful providing simple instructions for arriving and advice on the local area for beaches. It is easy to find from the nearby main road and bus stop and so is a good location to base yourself in if you don't want to be in the town centre.
The location of the hotel is amazing, as it is ultra-close to the beach. Although the beach itself is not very large and is rocky, it is still easily accessible. Moreover, the proximity of the hotel to various restaurants and a supermarket adds to its convenience.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast offered at the hotel. It was simply amazing! There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and each one was delicious and flavorful.
This is a lovely hotel and its position away from the bustle of Gouvia was a plus for me. Decor in the room was fabulous and bed was really comfy. The location gave options to travel on public transport in a number of directions. Buses were frequent and pretty much on time and the cost of a ticket was really good value . All staff were charming, helpful and informative. Great holiday!
The week before we were due to travel we got an email upgrading us to their sister hotel the Molfetta. It was ideally located with a nice large outdoor bar area adjacent the hotel and 50 yards from the beach and numerous bars and restaurants in Gouvia Village. Gouvia Marina is also only a 10 minute walk
We only stayed one night as we were starting a sailing trip the next day.
Very friendly staff that went out of their way to make us feel happy and satisfied. The pool was very fun, and the extra pool items like beach balls and floaties made the pool experience more enjoyable.
The breakfast was good but was exactly the same everyday.
Had toys and a little area of kids to play. They also have A smaller kids pool which is very shallow.
Alessandro is the best host you can find: he solves all your doubts, gives you travel options, super useful tips, and the facilities are great. We slept in many places and the beds in this place were the best by far. Very good value for money. I would definitely stay at Pierhouse Gouvia Yachting Hotel again.
it was light and spacious. big comfortable beds and huge bathrooms with good showers in each and a bath in one. the kitchen had everything we needed. the apartment was very quiet. a short walk to Gouvia beach and shops and restaurants and the bus to Corfu town stopped very near.
We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was super friendly, the food was excellent (they provide breakfast and dinner). The room, the bed and the pillow were comfortable enough. Free parking, pool, good location (we had a car, so it was easy to get there).
The hotel was clean and very good for the price. Breakfast buffet was great. The best is the staff. They are super nice and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The vibe is of a small family run place.
Perfect location (near to Gouvia beach and 15min drive from central Korfu Town). The room was large enough, the beds were comfortable. But the real positive thing was the kindness of he staff of the hotel.
we needed a bed for one night after sailing for the week - the hotel provided this. Room was ok but geared to different clientele; those who prefer a studio apartment with access to Gouvia beach.
Honestly, I doubt you can find a better stay in the Gouvia area. It's simply perfect. And for that, we are so grateful to hotel Manager Kostadinos and his staff. Thank you, guys!
Our room had a wonderful view to the pool and the marina of Gouvia and a spacious bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. The access to the hotel was easy.
Nice and new residence with three villas, sharing a comfortable pool. The accommodation is clean, well taken care of and supplied all you need for a luxury stay.
An excellent hotel with great location. Ideal for wandering into Gouvia Town. Breakfast was lovely. Always stocked well whatever time we went down for it.
