Green Island Resort was established in 2016 and it is not only a holiday resort but also a venue for social functions such as wedding, christening ceremonies or private masses, celebrations, parties, film location, drone or kite flying activities and more. It spreads on a land area of approximately 40.000 m² including Kean oak trees, aromatic herbs like thyme, oregano, rosemary and other local flora, orchards with fruit and fig trees, olive groves and vineyards. In our vineyards we cultivate organically our own grapes which produce our own wine and raki spirit brand “ΔΙΑΣ”.It is here, also, that wine and raki tasting may be carried out on request.We also produce our own organic olives and virgin olive oil. Our complex of "Athena" and "Poseidon" villas are meant as Temples of Relaxation For this purpose we include activities intending to connect the self to spirit while attempting at balancing these forces in smooth cooperation. We maintain for our Guests the mental state to appreciate the return to nature without deviating from the contemporary means of comfort. This achievement has been especially assisted and guided by the fact that We do not just think Green,We are Green!

The Green Island Resort is situated in Aghios Nikolaos on Kea Island of the Cycladic group of islands. It possesses some unique features as it is the one and only resort on the island of Kea and the Cycladic Island Complex with: A Private Helipad. Private Olive Groves and Vineyards. A Private Winery. Cycling and Bike Facilities for Hill and Mountain Biking on specially designed cycle paths within its fenced boundaries of 40.000 m² land. Works of Fine Art - having original pieces exhibited as part of its Villas’ decoration. Facilities for Social functions accommodating up to five hundred people. Private Parking for up to one hundred cars.

Neighborhood info

The property is situated in the north-west side of the island, 4, 5 km from the port of Korissia taking only 12 minutes to reach by car. A simple search for "Green Island Resort Kea" on a mobile device, will assist to reach the resort via the Google Maps system. Following the road from Korissia to Ioulis and after only 2, 5 km there is a right turn towards "Flea" Spring. From there the rest of the road to the resort is adequately signposted. Please, note that there are 250 meters of dirt road. The distance from super markets is approximately a 10 minute drive while a 12 minute drive is needed to reach Ioulis, "Chora» which is the main village of the island. Additionally, 20 minutes is the time needed to arrive on the beach of Otzia, and 30 minutes, is the distance from the beach of Spathi. Pisses beach is in a 20 minute drive and Koundouros beach is approximately a 30 minute drive. The whole of the property is fenced on the boundary and the chapel of Aghios Nikolaos lies right next to it, therefore, it is an ideal venue for wedding receptions, christenings, and masses. The views over the Aegean Sea extending to Poseidon temple in Sounion and the hilly mainland are exceptional!
