Breakfast and all meals on the all inclusive were excellent. For a buffet, there was lots of choice, food was hot, varied, salads were excellent and there is table service for wine and beer included in the A.I. There are two al a carte restaurants that you can eat at and again the standard is excellent. Fun pool bar is excellent also, you can order food there that is freshly made in a beautiful setting, the water slides are fantastic and the bar beside the main pool serves lovely drinks overlooking the sea. In fact, the hotel provides fantastic views of both the mountains and sea. The hotel is set on a steep hillside, but there are little shuttles every minute or two which takes you anywhere you need to get to, and there is a free shuttle to the beach which takes about two minutes

The staff, super friendly especially the new generation. They know how to communicate and socialize with customers. The lifeguards r heroes there. They keep the slides safe for everybody so everyone can enjoy. They are lifeguards and not babysitters. Sorry it's just something I want to let the people know who are going there in the future. It's already very hard and difficult for them to keep the place safe so no accidents can happen. So please parents watch your children and to the grown up ones please respect the rules so everybody can have fun... Big and small kids and adults. The rooms and the hotel r kept clean by the lovely ladies. I really admire them everyday how they walk those hills and with their cleaning trolley.

The structure of the hotel was very nice. From the moment we arrived the staff in general had been very kind with us. There was a nice variety of food and good service overall (in terms of cleaning and animators). The attached “slide park” was great fun and the large pool is good also, although sometimes crowded. Some of the evening programs were very nice (e.g. magic show, quiz). There was a frequent minivan shuttle service to a nearby beach, which we did not try.

Spacious grounds, numerous points for food and drink, we were all inclusive. Three pools and a slide park to choose from. There was a transfer vehicle available to take you up the hill as the hotel is spaced out over a fairly steep hillside. The accommodations are only three stores and the blocks are spaced out so you don’t feel closed in. The hotel manages its COVID regulations well with plenty of cleaning especially out door area’s.

הצוות היה מאוד אדיב, זמין וסבלני לבקשות שלנו שנענו מהר על ידם. החדרים מרווחים מאוד וכוללים מרפסת וחדר פנימי נוסף עם 2 מיטות. יש מספר בריכות במתחם, כולל בריכה עם 5 מגלשות מגניבות! הרבה ברים, הפעלות בבריכה במהלך היום וצוות בידור בערבים :) יש סופר זמין במרחק הליכה מהמלון ורואים שהמלון ברמה גבוהה, עם צוות מתוקתק ששם דגש רב על שירות! סה"כ מלון ברמה גבוהה עם שירות מצויין. ארוחת בוקר עשירה (למי שלא אוכל כשר) כולל ארוחת בוקר מאוחרת מצומצמת למי שלא קם. המלון גדול ויש שאטל שלוקח ממקום למקום. שימו לב שאתם ממוקמים בחדרים הקרובים לקבלה אחרת זה ידרוש הליכה של כמה דק' או נסיעה בשאטל ממקום למקום. סה"כ מומלץץץץץץ מאוד!!
