Opposite is the wetland at a distance (300m)The valley is accessible on foot, in a very short and pleasant 5 minutes route. In the next 5 minutes walk you will be in front of the beach. Restaurant and cafeteria are not far from home (1000-400m)While supermarket is 300m. The house is located on the road, With private parking in front of the courtyard giving you beautiful views of the lake and the sea. At the back our garden has an umbrella with sunbeds to enjoy your sunbathing. It also has an elevated room (maximum internal height 2m) with a king size bed overlooking the Wetland and the Aegean Sea. A large sofa bed down in the living room can comfortably accommodate 2 people.The bathroom(max internal hight 2m)has toiletries and full-length robes that will make you feel wellness and relaxation.Also the electrical appliances will fully cover all your needs.There is a bus stop outside at 30m with daily routes,to and from the city center.If the holidays were characterized in three words,these would be: Location-Privacy-Quiet.What else would you like from your stay? Our neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, overlooking the Lake (300)m and the sea!Most visitors enjoy the natural landscape of the area, either from their room or from their yard! You can of course enjoy a very beautiful walk, among the huge eucalyptus trees that are on the road, take the bus right outside the G&M family, and visit the natural thermal spring (Therma) located in the area of Agios Fokas, for wellness and relaxation, in about 10 minutes. In the neighborhood within a short distance of 400m there are Super Markets, and Restaurants at about 1000m as well as a Canteen (barbelcool) right next to us, where it offers coffee and sandwiches.
