Good value for money. Room is in good size and comfortable. Food is very good - variety and quality. The is a heated pool that really helped us in this time of the year (October). The water park is nice for all ages. The train that is taking everyone up the hill to the water park was a great attraction. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Amazing location, the most beautiful beach and pools, great spacious room, nice water park. Loved that they mark allergens on all foods, they had quite a large assortment of gluten free foods for our celiac daughter. The maitre-d was super helpful and very kind.

The staff is great and so helpful! The service at the hotel is amazing! Their guest relations service is exceptional, they checked on us by WhatsApp every day if we’re o.k and if we need anything. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The AC in the room worked great which was very important for us during the very hot summer days.

The hotel's allure is the waterpark, which provides an abundant array of rides for the delight of children. The beachfront rooms are spacious, renovated and located conveniently close to the dining venues. The hillside accommodations, although smaller and more remote, are accompanied by hanging grape vines and exotic plants. The main restaurant provides a good culinary experience, with a diverse and appealing menu, from the always present staples like tasty pizzas, succulent stakes and sweet deserts, to novel culinary treats rotated on a daily basis.

The staff was very friendly and kind, always trying to ensure that your stay is as wonderful as possible. At the main restaurant the food was varied and tasteful and they served vegetarian options too. There were daily activities for the kids. On the beach you have also the option for water sports (water ski, parasailing, flyboard etc) the cost being between 50 and 70 euros per activity. Overall we enjoyed our stay and, the kids had a blast. I do recommend it for families looking to spend a vacations in an all inclusive resort.
