This hotel is just good for travellers who have to pass the border, not for staying more than necessery, staff friendly but without experience with exception of one. amazing place to visit! great people, great food...very close to many important monuments like Amfipoli, Alistrati's cave, Kerkini Lake etc...not forget to mention that the town is only 40 mins drive from Thessaloniki!

The owner and his mom are friendly, welcoming and kind people. We arrived at night and could not find the property, he came by bike and picked us up. His mother gifted us a home grown water mellon. Its one of the more reasonably priced stays for booking in Serres town which offers absurdly expensive stays.

He gave us a card to put on our car so we wouldn't have to pay for street parking. I think the hotel has some private parking too. The location is great -- right in the center. Serres is a lovely town full of nice people and fun restaurants! I would gladly return to this hotel on my next trip to Greece
