As we think every visitor is special and surely deserves a little time of relaxation during their holidays, we always try to do our best to make their stay pleasant and comfortable. The owner, who lives above, is willing to offer any help you may need.

Property info

ELENA 3 is an autonomous, spacious studio with modern decoration. It is the first floor of a three storey building with a separate entrance. The balcony ,overlooking the sea ,promises the visitor moments of relaxation.It is about 10 minutes walk from the famous KALAMITSA beach,and 3-4 minutes by car.

Neighborhood info

Our studio is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of fasilities around it, such as a tennis court, a basketball ground, traditional Greek tavernas, lots of big supermarkets like LIDL, MASOUTIS and SKLAVENITIS.At a short distance from the house, the visitor can enjoy the beautiful beaches and relaxing cafes of PALIO, IPAKLITSA,and PERAMOS with the famous AMMOLOFOI , as well as the ancient ruins of FILLIPOI and the archeological museum which is about 1.5 km far from the house.
