The house is exactly as pictured. Our family had a wonderful stay in this cozy home! The house was extremely clean. Location is right in the middle of the island so it’s an easy drive wherever you want to go. Would recommend having a car. The owner Kafouros was amazing, and gave lots of tips and recommendations for the island. He provided lots of thoughtful touches, and even helped our family print some documents when needed. He was super accommodating when we requested a late check out and was very flexible. We can’t recommend the property enough!

Villa was very modern and comfortable. It is very peaceful and great for relaxing. We really enjoyed having so much space and great facilities. We had a car which came in very handy to see other parts of the island. Messeria is in an ideal location to visit all parts of the island. The village has plenty shops and supermarkets. The owner is a very nice man and offers lots of advice for visitors. Santorini is a peach, hope to return and hope to stay in this lovely villa again.

Nous étions 6 filles à partir donc un peu retissante par peur, mais Fanis était un propriétaire génial! Dès l’instant où nous sommes arrivés à la villa, il a commencé à nous expliquer l’île sur un plan, comment nous pourrions nous déplacer, les bon restos les plages etc. Il était toujours présent pour nous aider quand nous lui demandions. Nous pouvions le joindre sans aucun problème par WhatsApp. La villa était superbe, propre, et Messaria est une ville plutôt locale donc très calme par rapport aux villes de l’île qui sont touristiques, super pour se reposer et s’amuser si l’on veut au bord de la piscine avec votre musique sans aucun bruit autour de vous. Placé en plein centre de Santorin nous avons pu aller aux 3 coins très rapidement, en bus et avec un taxi bus à Oia que Fanis nous a conseillé de prendre. Donc nous avons passé de superbes vacances! très contentes de voir que des gens bons existent encore 😊 merci Fanis !

בעל הבית מקסים! נתן לנו המלצות מעולות על מסעדות טובות ועל מקומות בילוי שאינם מלכודות תיירים. המיקום מצוין, ממש במרכז האי ובאמצעות רכב קרוב לכל מקום. בכפר עצמו יש מסעדות מצוינות, טברנות, מאפיה וסופר מרקט, והכל בסמיכות לבית. הבית היה חדש ונקי ומתוחזק היטב. היינו בבית מחוץ לעונה, בתחילת אוקטובר, אז המחיר היה מאוד משתלם. פנוריוס, בעל הבית, היה זמין לכל שאלה ובקשה, וניסה להנעים את שהותנו. למשל אחרי שלושה ימים הביא לנו ביוזמתו מגבות להחלפה. חוויה מצוינת, מאוד מומלץ!

Ενα υπέροχα διακοσμημενο σπίτι, ανετο και καθαρο. Ο κύριος Φάνης πολυ φιλικος και εξυπηρετικός. Στη μεση του νησιου, κοντά σε ολα αν έχετε αμαξι. Άνετο πάρκινγκ σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά.
