Giannis and his family are exceptional hosts! Very friendly, always there to help, to explain or to advise... Cleaning of the apartment is daily (Maria the cleaning lady is also excellent), garden is maintained daily, everything looks nice and clean. Apartments are on the beach so you can enjoy your stay at maximum. You are also very near to center of Kavos where are very good restaurants and supermarkets. Even you are close to night life at evening it is very quiet and you can have relaxing and quiet sleep. Also it's very good for small kids because Giannis and his family have big yard where kids can play and water on the beach is very shallow and warm with nice sand. Me and my family enjoyed the stay very much and I can recommend staying with Giannis!

A perfect place for a family vacation! The owners are soooo kind and helpful. The facility itself is very well maintained, equipped with volleyball court and table tennis. You have free sunbeds and umbrellas. And if you like wind surfing or kayak, you also have the equipment for that! The hosts gave us detailed instructions what places we should visit on the island.

we were very happy there, a great caring family who runs this small and cosy hotel made us feel as at home. Great territory with different trees and bushes, sea view, flowers and those cicadas songs bring relaxation and peace. The owner advised us a great place to go to dinner and usually, we had a meal in Rose tree restaurant. Will recommend!

Great location, many restaurants and shops nearby. Garden with access to the beach. There are all bathing accessories. They helped us go to the store for steaks. We rented a boat at a very good price. We liked everything. We'll come back if possible.

The position of the appartmens is excellent, right on the beach, close to the markets and restaurants.The owners friendly and helpfull for any situation. Beds and umbrella for the beach for free.Next is a beach bar where from coffe and drinks can be bought at decent prices. There is a beautifull garden and posibility to play volleyball or ping-pong. The rooms are clean and every two days the sheets and the towels are chamged.

We loved the view from the balcony, the large yard, the fact that it is on the beach (although the water has a lot of seagrass in this area). The owners are very kind and helpful. We rented a boat from them and had a very good time. There are a few supermarkets quite close. This location is very quiet and peaceful, in contrast with the vivid nightlife in Kavos.
