The host was exceptionally kind here. We arrived hours before check in, exhausted, and weary from travel. The host allowed us to stay there early for a bit, cut us up some fresh watermelon and showed us around town. Truly, 10/10 experience.

With normal expectations, it's nice and convenient place to stay. There is nothing fancy about it, but all one needs is there. The apartments are big enough, the terrace and views are nice. The parking is always there, it's walking distance to markets and cafes and there is a small beach right below it for a lazy day. The host was nice, we stayed with friends and each request they had, he complied quickly. He even went out of his way with things he didn't have to do for us. Maybe not related to the appartment but to the area, there were no mosquitoes or flies, it was very relaxing to enjoy the terrace in the evening.

The owner was very polite, helpful and accommodating. Our air conditioning unit stopped working but we were moved to another flat the same day which was great. The flat was a good size for a family of 4 with a fully equipped kitchen. Shower room seemed like it was recently renovated, was modern and of good size. The location was great with beautiful beaches nearby.

Dimitri was friendly and helpful. The split-level studio has two balconies, both with a sea view. The equipment and decor is simple and unfussy: just what you need for a seaside holiday, and the apartment spacious and comfortable. I'd love to go back

The hotel was easy available by car, as an appartment is in the hillside be prepared for the steep road when you drive up. Our appartment has a beautiful and unforgtetable seeview to the Aegean see. The appartment had two floors with balconies. As the appartment is on the hillside you will climb stairs more than usual! The landlord was always helpful and kind, special thanks for him!

Excelent location in Kymi, quiet and with a superb view over the port and sea. Great service and very clean. Communication was excellent and we had a really good stay. We can recommend the place to families.

Хозяина Димитриса мы не видели, но он все время сопровождал нас по телефону. Встретила и посещала нас горничная. Апартаменты двухэтажные - на первом - кухня, гостиная, балкон с мебелью, душ, умывальник, туалет. На втором - спальня с шикарной большой кроватью и выход на большую террасу, с которой видно море. Смена белья и полотенец, уборка каждые 3 дня. Вокруг зелень, горы и тишина. До моря (пляжа) 200 метров. До центральной улицы с тавернами и ресторанчиками - 15 минут ходьбы. Село Кими находится в 6 км на горе. Апартаменты расположены на побережье Кими. Отдыхали во второй половине сентября. Прекрасные апартаменты. Спасибо Димитрису и его команде.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Hafen von Kymi, der Strand ist wenige Meter entfernt. Wir wollten in der Nähe der Fähre nach Skyros übernachten, dafür war das Hotel ideal.
