We stayed near the marina which had lots of quaint restaurants. It was easy to walk around and enjoy. The hop-on hop-off bus stop was right outside our hotel and provided easy access to Athens without all the headaches of staying in Athens. Since we were taking a cruise, this hotel was easily accessible to the cruise terminal and the hotel staff took care of all our arrangements.

Our host was amazing.
Our host was amazing. She was such a great facilitator and helped us find everything that we needed. She was just more than cordial. She even helped us find a plug that we needed in the town nearby. Shelters find our way to the train and I have it was a very nice clean, happy place and about a 20 minute cab ride to the port with the cruise ships, she was amazing

It was several years since my last visit and I was pleasantly surprised. The area around the new metro station is so nice full of stores and cafes. The sea is so close and the feeling you get is that of a crowded yet friendly neighborhood.

In my opinion, I think if it is absolutely necessary to stay...
In my opinion, I think if it is absolutely necessary to stay overnight in Piraeus - perhaps due to Cancelled, on strike, or weekend reduced running times of ferries to or from the Saronic Gulf islands of choice..then it is better than staying in a hotel, to the other choice of seeing out the night until transport is available to where you want to go. Other than that I would not choose to stay or be in Piraeus for only as long as necessary.
We had a lovely relaxing comfortable stay at the Piraeus Port Hotel , had a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful large balcony, and incredible views of the Acropolis in the distance. The area is peaceful and quiet so we slept very well. Comfortable bed , with little fridge and coffee and tea making facilities, lovely modern shower and toilet with wash hand basin , loved this hotel will definitely be back . Christina at reception was amazing, so friendly and informative, thank you
The room view was incredible. The bathroom is small, but manageable. I liked the room layout and the bed was very comfortable for us. There is a lot to do just walking in the area. The hotel arranged a rental car which was inexpensive with pickup/dropoff at the hotel for convenience. Breakfast was great. Staff were available 24 hours a day which helped us as our flights through Athens were late at night and very early in the morning.
Lilia Hotel is located close to the ferries at the Piraeus and to the metro station "Municipality Theatre" where trains take you to the airport and to Athens. The room was ok for a couple of nights but overlooked a wall. Breakfast is simple but acceptable. Staff is kind and helpful. After the check-out at 11, we were allowed to leave our suitcases till the afternoon when our flight was scheduled.
The hotel was in a perfect location being a short distance to the port.
The hotel arranged for a driver to pick us up from the port and the following day the hotel arranged for a driver to take us to the airport.
The hotel is also close to the lovely marinas and it is also a short walk to the Piraeus train station which we took to get to and from central Athens.
The good price for 5 star hotel what catch my eye , location is good for Piraeus area , where u can catch tram or metro and move around the Athens Rivera instead going to main center of Athens , but don’t expect 5 star hotel facilities and breakfast which is fine for the price you pay. I believe the standard for 5 star hotels in Greece is not like other countries
The hotel was conveniently located near the port and the staff was helpful and welcoming from the first night. The room was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and convenient every morning- a highlight! This hotel was our favorite that we stayed at in the islands and we can’t wait to go back!
We missed our ferry connection so needed a hotel near the port and within a few minutes had found a room. So convenient for the port. We could wheel our cases there. The receptionist was very helpful. The room was very clean and there were a couple of good restaurants close by.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Had a hair dryer.👍🏻 I went for football, but forgetting that, there was a lovely marina, with very reasonable prices. Transport into Athens itself is very cheap. Overall I was delighted with the hotel.
Perfect hotel for an overnight between ferry and airport. Comfortable room with good bed and bathroom. Very friendly helpful staff. Would also be a great hotel for touring Athens at a more reasonable price than staying around Syntagma or Plaka.
This hotel was great for a night before catching a ferry the next day. It’s right near the port. The staff were super helpful too. Our room was great- very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also great for €6
The air conditioning also worked great.
location is the main reason we booked this hotel . across the street from E8 port ferry departure.
if you’re with a car leave your car at nearby public parking 10 euros daily and travel without . car ferry travel is double per person travel .
This is a fairly basic hotel, but the rooms had functioning A/C, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good and plentiful. The best attribute is its proximity to the port, especially for travelers on Seajets to the Cyclades.
Perfect location for when you're coming back by ferry from an island in Greece. It's 5 minutes by car from the port, you can also walk if you're not tired. Love the hotel, super clean and the staff were super respectful and nice.
Clean, nice and spacious room with all the necessary facilities. Kind and helpful staff. The neighborhood of the hotel is outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center offering a better quality of accommodation in Athens.
Our first stop for our vacation in Greece, and it's very practical if you arrive just from the airport. The hotel is clean with large rooms. The staff are so helpful and very accomodating. It was an excellent stay!
The hotel is located very close to the Pireus port. It has very good connection links (less than 10 minutes walk) from the Pireus train station (green line) and the Dimotiko Theatro metro station (blue line).
Excellent location close to Piraeus Cruise port, METRO station across hotel 1 line to downtown touristic Athens (2 EURO each direction 22 minutes). Good breakfast excellent value for money
We took a suite so the room was very spacious. Its probably the best hotel near the port. The staff were very nice and kept our luggage when we went to the islands.
