Квартира очень хорошая! Чистая, уютная, без лишних запахов, вся бытовая техника и сантехника в рабочем состоянии. Тишина, соседей не слышно. Самое шикарное в квартире это большая лоджия и вид из квартиры!! Все наши завтраки и ужины проходили на лоджии. Кухня очень маленькая, но все необходимое есть. Замечательная хозяйка Алена всегда была на связи, и отвечала на наши вопросы и просьбы без каких либо задержек. Спасибо большое Алене, за то что сдает такую отличную квартиру и дает возможность другим людям насладиться видами города и моря!

Stylish spacious apartments include a bedroom, a living room-studio and a large terrace (13m2) with a fantastic view of the sea horizon, a lake with dancing fountains and the futuristic landscape of the newest buildings in Batumi! The bedroom and living room are separated by a wall without a door with a passage at the exit to the terrace. Modern design, all necessary equipment and amenities will make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable :)  On the terrace you can sunbathe on a lounger and dine at the summer table, and in the evenings enjoy musical shows with dancing fountains. This building is without exaggeration closest to the sea in Batumi! It is really located on the 1st line unlike many others in the city. That is - actually on the beach.
We always welcome our guests! On request, we can arrange for you to meet at the airport of Batumi (auto / railway station) and transfer (during the summer months, as well as during long bookings at any time of the year - this service is free for guests :)). We are ready to help with the organization of excursions and trips, to solve various everyday issues for you, we are always in touch.
The apartments are located in the best area of the city, in close proximity to the historical center, in the central part of the famous Batumi Boulevard, next to the water park, dolphinarium, a lake with dancing fountains, surrounded by numerous restaurants with various cuisines, next to the largest supermarket and shopping center. And most importantly - right on the beach!
