Everything was spotless. The room was beautiful, food delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially Danny, Holly and Polly.
My son was running LEJOG, and The Mole was a lovely, relaxing place to unwind for the night. Unfortunately, as we had to keep moving, we were unable to take advantage of the leisure facilities, but we would love to return.

The new studio apartments at the rear of the property look great we had a room in the main house. We had a large old style room with 3 beds which was good for a family. The beds were comfy. Excellent cooked breakfast

Excellent Breakfast Selection . Slightly disappointed that at the Evening Meal the Menu was the same. My Wife loved the surrounding Garden. i was taken ill on our first night - My Wife asked for help-very quick response by members of the Staff including the Joint Owner and a former Nurse taking me to the nearest Hospital and where I had excellent treatment . Many members of the Staff asked how I was getting on during the balance of our Staff. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. Unspoilt pretty village with lots of history in architecture and only coat of arms to Charles 1 st . Good local store, newsagents and hairdresser amongst others. The cottage was very cosy with a wood burner in the sitting room, and the small rear garden was a lovely place for a cup of tea in the sunshine. The owner was extremely helpful.
