Beautiful location. Wonderful staff and food was amazing. The room was nice but looking a bit tired and cobwebs in various places so could have been cleaner.

Lovely little town with lots of independent shops and cafes.
Lovely little town with lots of independent shops and cafes. Harbour area was particularly pleasant although parking in this area was expensive. Plenty of town centre parking. We visited in April so the town was quite quiet but I imagine in the summer, it would be busy. Visited Whitstable Castle but not much to see or do there although the gardens were pretty.

We liked the wide choice of pubs and restaurants and cafes.
The local people helpful and friendly. We liked the art deco styling of The Peter Cushing pub and the drinks were the cheapest in Whitstable.
Interesting to read about the actor who used to live in one of the characterful houses on the seafront.

Whitstable is lovely although the hotel we stayed at isabove the Tankerton slopes that lead down to the beach at Tankerton. The beach is pebbles but clean. The town of whitstable is quaint with small independent shops. There is an excellent fish snd chip shop in the town Jones, although that is closing down soon. Plenty of lovely restaurants and coffee shops.

This was an extremely short trip so we could only sample a bit of the town but we loved it. Lots of individual shops, cafes and restaurants. Interesting pubs and a small but fascinating museum. Also managed to have a look round the Harbour too. Had a drink at the Twelve Taps - that offer a tasting board of 3 x small beers. And found a fish and chip shop with attached restaurant that did gluten-free fish and chips.
Great location in the front of tankerton, we had our small dog with us so it's perfect for walks by the seafront towards the nature reserve and only about a 20 minute walk into Whitstable too. Plenty of free parking around the property, its a perfect little stay that has all the essentials you need with fridge, toaster, microwave and even milk in the fridge ,great attention to detail and thought went into decorating this place . Looking forward to coming back again
The location was perfect, right in the centre of Whistable. The view from our window/balcony of the beach was brilliant.
Our main reason for choosing his option rather than other locations was it parking space (a rare commodity in Whitstable!). The accommodation is room only, tea and coffee making facilities only but there is the option of having breakfast at The Continental Hotel (the owners of the properties) but there are many other options also nearby.
Beautiful hotel that is small & personal but large enough to have a variety of bar spaces plus the restaurant to enjoy the sea views. Lovely bedrooms especially if you get sea views and balcony. The staff are phenomenal - we stayed over Christmas and from breakfast to dinner the food was always delicious and the service was professional but also relaxed and welcoming - the entire team were amazing.
Thankyou for our stay,we had a great time, just what we needed .This caravan was great, everything you would need, and more main bedroom has ensuite toilet ....,separate bathroom...kitchen was fully equipped.high spec furniture...stone throw from beach and only 25 min walk to whitstable harbour along the sea front ..thankyou for our lovely mince pies.. thankyou again .Cathy n Alan and family
Charming cottage homely and cosy! It had everything you would need. Tommy the owner was really friendly and accommodating. In an amazing location few minutes from the seafront and shops. Perfect with a young family. I love Whitstable so many nice little restaurants, boutique shops and beachfront restaurant/ bars and I am looking forward to staying at harbour mews again soon.
Great location facing the beach within a short walk of both Whitstable harbour and shops and Tankerton. Nicely decorated on the outside of the building and everywhere inside. The rooms were rather compact but had everything you needed, even a fridge with water in it. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Whitstable which is lovely .
Great location, minutes from the High Street and the beach. The onsite parking was much appreciated. The property was absolutely spotless, very well equipped and decorated to an extremely high standard. We would not hesitate to book again. Everything you need is here and it has been very thoughtfully equipped.
Location was great - in the centre of town and close to the beach. Free parking for our car was brilliant. Collecting the key from the Hotel Continental was straight forward and easy. Property was very clean but the upstairs room was quite small. Milk, water and juice in the fridge was also very welcome.
Ideal location for walking in to Whitstable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality food and tasty. Parking right outside the hotel which is free. Beautiful views. Cleanliness was to a high standard. We were given a complimentary drink each on arrival as it was boyfriend’s birthday.
Very clean and neat. Well equipped. Excellent location. Very good to have parking space included, and that the parking was available for an hour before and an hour after check in / check out. The staff at the Hotel Continental (where we had to go to check in and collect our key card) were so so lovely!
The location was incredible, so close to the sea and to the high street with restaurants and shops. The Warehouse Cottages were modern and spotlessly clean with character and interesting features. For those who drive, they also had a parking space available, including EV chargepoint
Aptly named “the Snug” is perfect for two and is in a wonderful location with good private parking. It is well-equipped and is close to a small selection of shops, the seafront and is a walkable distance, especially along the seafront, to Whitstable.
Was very clean and comfortable, good location. Would definitely stay again.
Staff in reception at the Hotel Continental were brilliant so helpful
Plus a parking permit was a BONUS. Exceptionally clean, nice bedding, 🥰 perfect!
Everything about this place is wonderful I can't fault it in any way.whitstable is a great place to visit plenty of good eateries nice bars and of course the beautiful beach. I'll definitely be coming back 😄
