Place was fantastic, was a break away we needed, left alone, own barn for the week, area is beautiful, close enough to drive to local town in 15 minutes, pool was good !!!!

The Hay Barn is a comfortable cottage converted from a barn on a traditional working farm near the Devon village of Halwell. The cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom and a family room with double and single beds and en suite shower room, both with balustrade. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. Outside is a private sunny patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue, and shared use of a splendid indoor swimming pool, play area, games room and trampoline and waymarked walks across the farm. A mile from the village, The Hay Barn is a stylish cottage for enjoying a lovely family holiday in Devon. Note: Swimming pool is available from 8am to 8pm, and is closed Tuesdays from 2pm to 3.15pm and Wednesdays from 9.15am to 10.30am in term time; occasionally it is also used by owners' family and friends.
