Please note the property has 2 rooms with a shared bathroom. A help yourself continental breakfast is included within the price. Please inform me of any dietary requirements you may need. Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals, tea and coffee is available 24 hrs. There is a guest reception room which is comfortably furnished for watching TV, dinning and relaxing by the open fire. The laundry room has all the essentials you would expect to find during your stay. A small WC is located on the ground floor. A large bathroom with separate shower and bath is on the first floor. Room 2 is a large room with a king size bed. This room can be set up to accommodate working-from-home; it has USB ports, extra sockets and a computer desk is available on request. Room 1 is a large room with a king size bed.
The house sits back from a busy road with ample parking. It boasts a high wall and electric gate so total privacy is assured. I live on the premises with my bedroom on the ground floor. I am available in person or phone should you need assistance; discretion is very important to me but you will find me willing to have a good chat about nothing and anything in particular. I have an OUTDOOR cat called Cat she keeps her distance when strangers are around, feel free to shoo her away.
The blue cottage is located in the centre of Antrim town with the train and bus stations a short walk to the top of the street. The location is Ideal for touring the north coast. BUSINESS TRIPS Antrim is a business hub with the Technology Park, Randox Biosciences, The Junction, Enkalon Business Park, Antrim Enterprise Agency, Antrim area hospital and Belfast international airport all within 5 to 15 minutes drive away, train and bus stations are 200m away. The neighbourhood is quiet with the beautiful Castle Gardens and lough shore right on the doorstep, perfect for an evening stroll or a place to sit and relax. There is a great walk through the castle grounds to the Lough shore, or you can drive in under 10 mins. Antrim forum leisure centre is a 6 minute walk. Randalstown is 15 minute drive or a 4 mile walk. We also have Northern Ireland School of Falconry nearby where you can get hands-on experience with the birds of prey; some of which featured in the Game of Thrones, I highly recommend this experience bookings can be arranged through me.
