Our property has recently been been renovated to provide a comfortable central apartment close to the scenic River Ness, minutes walk across the river to the city centre. This is a period property compromising a spacious double bedroom, a sweet second double bedroom with a skylight, a large homely livingroom and galley kitchen with all modern applicances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob). The flat also boasts gas central heating and a powerful electric shower over the bath.
This property is owned by a local newly married couple, Sarah and Kevin Smith. We are both local to Inverness and want to share our love for the city with visitors.
The apartment is up a flight of spiral stone steps on the First Floor - you have your own front door which leads into the hallway with kitchen, bathroom, 2nd double bedroom, and living room off - the spacious master bedroom is accessed through the large living room. The living room has a huge, comfortable corner sofa smart and tv mounted above the period fireplace. The building has a lot of character, being 150 years old, but is also next door to the best restaurant in town, The Kitchen, and has Tesco supermarket on it's doorstep.
