Breakfast option is great, shower needs improvement and for goodness sake please stop charging unreasonably for parking. It is a scam, go and check that system very well and appropriate it for the right duration, besides if you allow a late payment for not clocking in the car and the app allows a pay later scheme before next day mid-night, please let it be! Your words should be for honour with no ambiguity. Holiday Inn needs to protect her integrity here, but with this parking thing, you are going to loose it big time.

Breakfast was not good at all.
if I came in that area again I would look at booking somewhere else
House is the same as in pictures , clean and quiet area . The room is spacious and has4 toilet.the blankets and sheets are clean , even the hand soap and towels are available. The owner is responsible and reply within a couple of minutes. The back yard also big , there are parking. It's walking distance to downtown where groceries and other stores are available. I highly recommend this house for family or group .
Staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The bar area was cosy with a great selection of drinks .
Beautiful clean bedroom with plenty of fluffy towels
Breakfast was great plenty of choice and the spa was clean and looks amazing since it’s been redecorated.
We have had several stays at Rowhill and would recommend to family and friends it is a beautiful hotel in lovely grounds
The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. We did not like the room we were initially allocated due to it being above the kitchen and noisy. Not only did they change our room but they happily upgraded us to a suite FOC. Excellent customer service. We also booked a spa day. The treatments were amazing and the food was fabulous. Hotel was very clean.
Lovely fresh clean room with air-conditioning and ample plug sockets, even USB options. cozy bed and nice selection of teas and coffees, the shower was lovely and powerful and the towels were fluffy! I would definitely go back! We were able to check in late so could get lots done in the day, have a meal and then go to the hotel when we finished. It was delightful;
What can I say? I arrived late in the evening and very tired. The receptionist was efficient and pleasant, room was clean, bed was comfy and I slept really well. I woke next morning very hungry and the quality and quantity of breakfast available was a pleasant surprise - I was also checked out with a smile. Well done Holiday Inn Dartford.
Fantastically characterful hotel, great use of an historic building. Good WiFi in the room and in bar areas, great atmosphere downstairs in the bar where good, reasonably priced food is available. Great breakfast and included in the room rate too. Very cheerful, helpful staff, loved the onsite parking with direct access to the rooms.
Super stay. Wonderful friendly hosts. Its 20 minutes walk from Dartford station with easy connections to Elizabeth Line. Exceptional value for money. I wanted for nothing. List of all the local eateries supplied with a map. Highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the amazing cooked breakfast. Set me up for the day.
Well presented, well equipt property in a quiet area, ample parking in an ideal location close to the dartford crossing. Few amenities close by, everything you need within driving distance.
I would definitely look to see if this property is available again when in the area. I would highly recommend
After a 4 1/2 hour delay to travel 4 miles (Dartford Bridge closed) we were supposed to meeting friends nearby. the manageress went above expectations to try to get us a cab (unfortunately no success but not for the want of trying, thank you!).
Very convenient location just on the pedestrian zone. Walking distance to the railway station from where there are frequent connections to downtown London. Excellent English breakfast in the morning, tasty pub food in the evening.
Location was perfect for Bluewater/Lakeside and all other shopping areas in Dartford and surrounding. Apartment was very spacious. Hosts were great at communication and responding quickly. TV was a great size!
Loved the cleanliness of the place, as well as the ease of communication with the host. Decent value for money, great location and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dartford!
The room had a large windowsill, making for a comfy evening watching the happenings outside the hotel. It could also be useful for having a smoke, which I obviously didn't do!
Clean value for money rooms, this was my second stay and if my work takes me near dartford again this will be were i hit the sack. HIGHLY RECOMENDED 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
