Location very remote in a beautiful little valley. Snow covered on arrival glad we had a 4x4. Pizza on arrival were excellent and wood fired perfect. Our Scottish breakfast was more than you could imagine. Freindly hosts, cleaned our room everyday thanks. Only 50 mins from glenshee for skiing with beautiful scenery for the whole drive. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view over the garden and the surrounding hills. Just a short walk into Forfar town centre and close to Kirriemuir which is a short 15 minute car journey.
Ian was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very enjoyable, fresh fruit followed by a vegan hot breakfast.

The interior is in superb condition and it was a privilege to be able to stay there.
