Staff were very helpful and hospitable - but I would have preferred table service and freshly prepared food.

The location was superb. The suite lacked basics such as a wardrobe but included a sink unit? The carpet had not been vacuumed. Hair and dirt could be found. The breakfast itself was lovely but had to ask for sugar, butter and tomato ketchup. Also I did not expect to have self service for tea, coffee and toast for the price. Also we had to pay the £200.00 fee even though we said that we had already paid for the visit.

The location was central but quiet. The hidden chapel was lovely. We didn’t eat there but had a drink in the bar area which was very peaceful and relaxing

Well located for beach walks and to get to some local attractions, what you would expect from a caravan had everything you need. Enjoyed my stay.

We went to Conway for an Easter break with our 4 year old Grandchild. We also took our well behaved dog Harvey. We have travelled all over Europe with our dog and never had a problem taking him anywhere.
However most restaurants, pubs and shops in Conway we found would not allow dogs. Even the castle where we were unable to experience this main attraction with our grandchild and the staff being very dismissive when we asked. We were not allowed into the shoe shop!
Despite having a wonderful cottage to stay in, we will not be staying in Conway again and will inform other dog owners of this unfriendly side to the town.

Quiet at this time of year, (February) gets very busy in summer.
We found a good Indian restaurant, Spice Safai, only very small, but the food was very good.
Parking charges during the day are a bit high, not very welcoming for visitors, but they have you over a barrel!
The castle dominates the town and is quite something. We didn't visit it perhaps next time.
Lots of quirky shops etc.

Conwy is a beautiful medieval walled town and is a World Heritage Site. Conwy Castle is stunning and greets you as you drive over the bridge into Conwy, looking even more stunning when it is lit up at night. Plas Mawr can be found in the centre of the town. Also, a popular 1920's public house called The Albion. Fishing boats line the pretty quay, where you will also find the Smallest House and The Liverpool Arms, with a backdrop of Conwy Mountain. Conwy marina is just around the corner with a lovely pub/restaurant, The Mulberry, a stones throw from the golf club. Lots of independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Great place to see in one go.
Great place to see in one go. The castle is nicely preserved and you have some excellent views from the top. The history is interesting as well. The city center is nice and walkable - lots of little shops to find gems in. Good restaurants/bistros as well. The marina is a good place to watch the birds, the crabs and the ships while eating some icecream!
Don't go in by car! If you come by car, stop at the parking outside of the city walls and walk in, otherwise, it can be difficult to find parking. Also, if you enjoy walking but a calm atmosphere, go earlier in the morning. It gets a little cramped with tourists by lunch.
Favorite place - a tiny shop selling welsh cheese 1 street over from the castle.
Great location about a 5 to 10 minute walk from Conwy Castle and town. Kitchen and living space really modern and has all the amenities. Really nice powerful shower. Place was really clean. Beds lovely and comfortable and there was a nice sitting area outside which was great to sit and relax. We had a lovely relaxing time in North Wales and the accomodation complemented and really helped us yo ha e enjoyed our stay.
What an amazing room/hotel to stay in for our weekend hiking Snowdon. Perfect location, ten minutes drive from Conwy Town and close to other towns like Colwyn Bay and LLandudno for the Great Orme. It was around 35 minutes to Llanberis town, where we were starting our Snowdon hike.
The room was large and comfortable, with incredible ground views. We were very happy with our stay!
The location was quite and close proximity to Conwy town. The view from property was great and nice view of mountains and fields on door step which we enjoyed during our daily morning walk . The village setup , tranquility and the fresh air , all one can imagine for a relaxing holiday away from city .
Glan Heulog compares favorably with other guesthouses on this trip in terms of breakfast and hospitality. There is a nice solarium for guests to use. It is walking distance from Conway Castle and the town center. The hosts have made efforts to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast facilities were outstanding. The entire place was comfortable and inviting. The owner and the staff were helpful and accommodating to all of my needs while in Conwy. The room was very comfortable and i was very glad I chose this location, I would recommend it highly.
The place is great, spotless and nicely decorated. A great attention to detail, which turns a good experience into a great one. Melissa was kind and welcoming. She even left a little gift for my husband’s birthday in our room. We totally recommend Number 18 to stay in Conwy.
Very clean. Very spacious with everything we needed. Lovely and warm when we arrived.
Nice walk to the town and the castle, took about 15 mins at the most. Premier shop at the end of the street.
Good location for visiting other places in north wales including Anglesey.
The Castle Hotel is really lovely, in a great location for local restaurants and pubs. It is also a great base for touring and visiting Snowdonia and Anglesey. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great meal in the restaurant and the breakfast is very good.
A lovely little hotel on a cobbled street in the heart of Conwy. Very close to the castle, train station, restaurants and bars. Beautiful inside and out, with free parking adjacent. Comfy bed, amazing shower. Lovely breakfast which is in the pub over the road.
Nice to have a parking space very close to the town centre of Conwy, check in was easy, room had an amazing view and spacious for a twin room (I guess this won't be the case when the Covid rules disappear), good shower in the room, breakfast was not too bad.
Perfect location near Conwy castle, 200 yards from town center. Comfy bed, great duvets, good size room. Breakfasts are amazing, so much choice available. Bus stop opposite the hotel which is very handy, day rover ticket on arrive works well.
The host was really helpful from the minute we booked, the property was in the ideal location for the town, castle and harbour and the beds were fantastically comfy. Everything we needed for a short break in North Wales!
The room was well appointed, modern and comfortable. Dinner was spectacular - beautifully prepared food and nice atmosphere. Loved the outside beer garden with heaters and interesting decor throughout the hotel.
The hotel is lovely and the view at the rear overlooking the estuary, sea, mountains and Conway Castle is stunning. Also at the rear is a fantastic outside dining/drinking area.
