Flat 3: Fully refurbished in December 2023. Ground floor. Large lounge with dining table for four and smart, modern fully equipped kitchen area with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Fantastic panoramic sea view from bay window. Upstairs cloakroom with wc. Compact upstairs bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Garden view. Lower ground floor - family bathroom with bath, wc and basin. Also twin bedroom with en-suite including shower, wc and basin. Patio doors from twin bedroom leading to stairs to outside area with table and 4 chairs.
Roker Seafront Apartments are the ideal location to enjoy the spectacular beach and all its attractions. Traditional seaside activities are available in the summer. Storm watching and photography are popular in the winter months. If you are visiting the area on business, Roker is under 2 miles from the City Centre, yet offers tranquil, scenic surroundings for your leisure time after work. The apartments allow for self catering, which is increasingly popular with those working away from home. My two apartments were chosen because of their high specification and their position on the sea front. They are in arguably the best spot on the whole seafront. Close to the lighthouse. Opposite the entrance to a path leading directly down to a sandy beach and several places to eat and drink. Close to bus stops. Amazing sea views. Comfortable and quiet.
