Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay.
Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay. Hotel was in the best location, round the corner from The Cavern and close to the docks. We did the Magical Mystery Tour and it dropped us off outside the Hard Days Night hotel which was perfect. Liverpudlian people are so so friendly. Staff at the hotel were so lovely. Eric the concierge met us as we were leaving and he was great too (aka Michael McDonald). Loved our whole stay in Liverpool.

Liverpool is a lovely city and there is so much to see and do! This was my second visit to the Liverpool and I still have not managed to see all the attractions there! There is culture and music, football, very large and beautiful shopping malls, the River Mersey, the Royal Albert Dock and the Beatles! All with their own sites for you to enjoy!! And above all, the people are so very friendly, helpful and welcoming!

I have been coming to Liverpool a long time and have stayed in many hotels and loved them all . I was a bit disappointed that the campilan Hotel actually charged £3 to hold every bag until we could check in other than that there was no lift everything else was good.

Truly a city of culture with a local population who seem proud of their city and very friendly. Some really entertaining conversations with various people including a traffic warden! We will be back and stay longer next time.
We recently stayed at The Resident Liverpool and had a fantastic stay. The location was ideal for everything we had planned, with the city centre and the docks just a short walk away. We booked a small double and were pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities this room came with. The kitchenette was a brilliant element as it allowed us to store and prepare our own food during the stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting Liverpool.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Ella who wrote down a few suggestions of restaurants and when I asked for any directions she took me down to the street and walked along with me to point the direction I needed. I felt she went way beyond what was expected. A lovely young lady!
The hotel wasn't too far from the city centre and only about a half hour walk from Albert Dock. Lime Street station was less than 5 minutes walk away.
good location just short walk from Liverpool Lime Street station and room with full facilities (washing m/c, dryer m/c, heater, air con, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen, plate& spoon/knife,..etc), living room, This is my Best Choice to book this hotel w/ reasonable price. The staff advises us at check-in to apply hotel membership to upgrade the room for free. then We get One Bed room. Super enjoy!! now here is in my top list hotel.
Best thing about the hotel was the 2 (bald/balding) men on the front desk & the guy behind the bar! (Sorry I forgot their names) They were very helpful staff (first time in Liverpool and they helped us with things to do near or around the city centre, best places to eat etc) one of the guys from the front desk helped direct us to where the best parking was and the other guy at Reception was a great laugh and had good banter
When you arrive you'll have a chance to meet Eric who is an amazing host and greeter. His knowledge of the city and sights is second to non. He will make you feel so happy to be back in Liverpool. He is funny, such a great character who wants to help as do all of the reception, bar and restaurant staff. We loved the hotel and spend considerable time in hotels, this is the best 4 to 5 star hotel in The NW possibly England.
Everything from the moment we arrived. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The room and hotel was spotless. Food was excellent. It was central and would highly recommend. I have been in Liverpool numerous times for matches over the years and this hotel is by far the best that I have stayed at. I will be going back in the future
We abandoned the first hotel we booked in Liverpool and desperately made it to the Marriott across the city. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made during our 3+ weeks in England. The staff were some of the kindest I met in England, they were VERY considerate of my daughter and went above and beyond for us.
Great location to explore Liverpool's docks and city centre. A five minute walk to the Cavern Quarter, highly recommend a visit to the Cavern Club to experience The Beatles tribute band!
We ate in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the hotel and had a lovely meal- recommend the scotch egg and fish & chips.
Nice, clean and very boutique hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful, room was spacious and it also had a decent bar. Serves great coffees and cocktails too, would definitely book again.
Location is great too, not too central to the busy city centre but can easily get everywhere within walking distance.
Great location right next to the docks and Liverpool One, the parking right outside the hotel is useful too and very cheap compared to the rest of the city. Staff were friendly and the bar and communal areas were surprisingly nice.
Fantastic location and such a great atmosphere. It's loud and buzzing, just what you want from a city centre hotel. The rooms are basic, but clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and door staff on to ensure security late at night
Lovely hotel , clearly well invested in and location is really central to the docks and Liverpool city centre . Rooms very nicely decorated and all the facilities you need . Bed was super comfortable too !
Great location near docks & City centre shopping / attractions. Well- equipped kitchenette in room. Proper reading lights both sides of bed. Secure parking adjacent to hotel. Friendly helpful staff.
Really cheap and convinient loation to access Liverpool city centre. The staff were very walm and welcoming and the facilities were really modern and adequite.
