Lovely cottage with all you need for a perfect stay , had a 2 night stay with friends for a chilled weekend and we had that, beds were comfy & towels were included which was great and lovely comfy sofa for us to chill table & chairs in kitchen with everything we needed , nice garden in a quiet spot .Lovely & clean too . Opposite a pub so you could have a few with out the worry of needing a taxi , they also served food. All round lovely weekend we will be back thank you

Lovely clean cottage very close to the Brecon Beacons! The owners were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and the cottage was perfect for us and our two dogs. The cottage is great value and deceivingly large with a big comfy corner sofa and separate large swivel armchair for relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I travelled with my parents to do hiking in the Brecon Beacons National Park. The cottage was fab, with very comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen and cosy living room. The location is great as you are next to the Brecon Beacons and you have a nice pub next door. Check-in went smoothly and Mike was very responsive and helpful when needed. Would go back!

Everything was great ,house with big kitchen, everything in the kitchen to cook dinner and any meals.super comfortable sofa .big TV with netflix and live TV .great and stylish furniture. bedroom with a beautiful view of the hills,comfortable bed.bathroom with bathtub and shower.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the beds & sofas were super comfortable. Everything was provided for our stay & we cooked there daily. We know the area well & were visiting family who live in nearby Tredegar and it was a perfect location for this. It’s close to Bryn Bach Park / lake where we could take grandchildren etc. We walked to the old Trefil Quarry which is only a couple of miles away where there are spectacular views of the Brecon Beacons & Black Mountains.

It was a very comfy cottage, there was milk and Welsh cakes left in the fridge for us when we arrived. It was a good location for getting around.

Super friendly hosts, very clean good sized property with enclosed garden. Property has everything you may need for your stay, you can park on street just in front of it. Very well taken care of property. About 30min drive from good hikes and waterfalls in Brecon Beacons. Would definitely go back. A little suggestion from our stay - would be great if dog water bowls and beds were provided as well, would take the property that extra step from “dogs allowed” to “dog friendly”. :)

Everything and everyone was amazing! Perfect for the dog, lovely available of hikes, and close to Cardiff! If you're travelling without a car it is possible, but keep in mind train and bus timetables.
