The property is amazing and set in beautiful country’s with just sheep, lambs and tress as your neighbours, it’s stunning. Louise & Greg are wonderful people, very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, I will be back and would highly recommend you pay a visit to Poole Farm.

Beautifully refurbished in the spring of 2015, it boasts three stunning rooms complete with modern facilities and magnificent country views. Poole Farm is proud to offer it's guests the very best hospitality, quality local breakfast fayre and attention to detail which is second to none. Poole Farm is a jewel in the Devon countryside; perfect for leisure and business sojourns. The house dates back to 1892. Poole Farm will appeal to those looking for a place to relax and appreciate the views, as well as those who enjoy walking or cycling along the surrounding quiet lanes and river banks. On the Devon/Cornwall border - an ideal base from which to explore the two counties.
Poole Farm is situated on the Devon/Cornwall border adjacent to the River Tamar with access to Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor and the North Cornwall Heritage Coast. Roadford Lake is within 5-miles of Poole Farm and offers sailing, brown trout fishing, attractive lake walks and a restaurant. Other local attractions include Launceston and Tintagel Castles, Launceston Steam Railway, Jamaica Inn, the Eden Project and many National Trust locations including Lanhydrock and Cotehele.
