All the mod cons of home on one floor which suited my wife's limited mobility on stairs. Handy little shop at bottom of the street which did cooked sausage, bacon etc if you were a bit lazy. Bus stops nearby to both Alloa and Stirling if you fancy shopping or sightseeing.
