This is our second time staying at New Road Hotel and it certainly will not be our last!! Everything about our stay was perfect; from the friendly, engaging staff to the cleanliness of the hotel loop and the amazing breakfast. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the underground and we were able to get to all our destinations easily and efficiently.

I was impressed with this hotel, it was clean and modern but with its own character, and the restaurant was great! Much better than many hotels in London in the same price range. For me the location was ideal, 5 mins from Whitechapel tube station where you can get a tube into central London (less than 10 mins) and also direct to Heathrow. Whitechapel is just east of the business district but a bit far from places like Notting Hill, Buckingham Palace etc... Although they're easily accessible by tube. But Whitechapel has Brick Lane with the best bagels in England and great curry, and that's just around the corner from the hotel! I liked the retro design of the hotel and it even has a library:-) Coffee available 24 hours. I will stay again

The breakfast was just wonderful. I was talking about it all day to my colleagues and my family. I had the poached eggs and smashed avocado on sourdough bread. Superb. Thank you. The check in check out was slick. Room quiet. Comfortable and clean. Lovely toiletries. Loved the shower. Location ideal for The Royal London Dental Hospital. 5 minutes walk away.

Great location. Few blocks from the station so it was perfect for me. Room is not too large but it has the essentials. The restaurant downstairs and bar have a really nice hangout atmosphere so you can have a drink and relax.

The hotel felt very new and it was very well maintained. The check-in process was easy and the staff are very friendly. I had initially only wanted to stay for one night but then I decided to extend my stay by another because I really enjoyed my stay. The location is alright, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. I wouldn't say its located in a nice area but it's central so you can get to where ever you want from there. This hotel in my opinion is perfect for short stays, I .e. a night or two.

It always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are atmospheric and Unique with free coffee and hot chocolate. the location is great your are far enough form the hustle and bustle of central London and all the tourists whilst only being a few tube stops to get right into the tourist center of London. the location is great ~1minute walk from Whitechapel station which is on the district line as well as others. The rooms have unique sizes so make sure you look at the Hotel website to manage expectations, but they are always comfortable with updated facilities and modern TVs you can Screen cast too.
