Literally minutes away from the coast. Very close to a range of places to eat. Love the individual features of each bedroom with a coffee machine and personal touches. I stayed in the Victorian and loved my bath tub! The service has been exceptional, my breakfast order was taken each day, cooked to perfection. Loved that they also served cocktails in the evening which is a quieter alternative to a noisy pub. Also loved that they supported local artists and bought a couple of artworks to take back with me.
The service felt very personalised. I felt looked after and came away feeling rested.

There are lots of independent cafés, restaurants and shops, beautiful sandy beach. It’s easy to visit nearby coastal towns like Margate where you can visit the Turner Contemporary - highly recommended.

Been scores of times over my life - this was the first long weekend to see relatives who now live in Broadstairs - it's a beautiful English seaside town with tons of history and the best beaches, I think, in the south of England - wonderful for summer swimming (especially stone bay). has a great community feel, good restaurants and pubs and is wonderful for kids and oldies alike.

we had a stake evening meal meal that was expensive and was a small portion for the price the cooked for was OK but not what i was expecting from what is presumed to be a high class hotel that fell well short of expectations. i would NOT stay there again mainly because there is NO parking at the hotel and it made exploring the area not some to do as you would not know where you could park the car when returning.

Lovely old fashioned seaside resort, nice ambience, lots of good restaurants and bars. Very central for visiting lots of other places in Kent eg Margate and Ramsgate. Good for walking. Would especially recommend The Tartar Frigate and Number Twenty Seven for lovely food and seafood and Samworth and Mee in the summer months.

Lovely bustling seaside town , not a large variety of shopping options but several gift shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants which were buzzing , giving a nice atmosphere . Ate at Sardinia and the jetty . Both were lovely , Sardinia exceptional .
Lots of walking options if you want
I would say that Jo went above and beyond as our host, very nice lady welcoming and warm and very well informed. Me and my boyfriend/partner, were very happy with our stay. had a really lovely time, at Broad Stairs in Kent where we stayed.
lots to do and see, good food restaurants for all, enjoyed the fresh burger at the Viking Bay Cafe, was delicious. We both feel revived after our break. The weather was good to,re so only being there for the weekend made all the difference.
Thanks Jo and Adam,

Room was clean & tidy, beds very comfortable & we weren't troubled by traffic noise at night even with the window open. Good location for exploring the west kent coast from. Westwood Cross shopping centre is just over the road with a great selection of shops, which proved handy on one rainy morning!
Having the Canterbury Bell right next door was so handy, breakfasts were amazing, we also had an evening meal there and were very impressed. Staff were very welcoming and friendly :) Free parking onsite too.
The hotel had a really nice vibe about this place , lovely building great location quirky rooms but functional, wait staff really helpful, as was the lady on check in at reception.
it’s not perfect a few holes in the service here and there , but well worth a stay we had great weather which always makes a huge difference, some great restaurants in Broadstairs these days which is another plus
A hidden gem of property, my first and only choice to stay whilst in Broadstairs visiting family and friends - perfect location for the town. Right on your doorstep. The property is just fantastic can’t fault it in anyway. Excellent host and such a wonderful comfy cosy flat with everything you need to short or longer stay. Clean , fresh linen, lovely bed . Just super 10/10
We loved the space of the house. It is is on 3 floors, has 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms. Fantastic location- a couple of mins from the beach and 1 min from.the main street with loads of good restaurants. Broadstairs is a very beautiful location. I think it has been my favourite of all the different places I have stayed at on the Kent seaside.
We were made to feel very welcome at this friendly family run hotel. The food was excellent and the room very comfortable and clean. Set in a lovely location with stunning views overlooking Stone Bay with easy access to the beach and within strolling distance of beautiful Broadstairs and Viking Bay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would particularly like to thank Paul, who made us feel very welcome, and was most helpful and friendly during our stay. We will definitely book to stay at The Yarrow Hotel again. Thank you.
Beautiful Georgian house that has been refurbed to a very high standard. Host was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful and the location is excellent being a five minute walk to all of Broadstairs amenities and seafront.
Good value accommodation with good air con and other facilities. Breakfast was optional, but well priced. Plenty of parking in a location that was good for touring the north Kent coast.
Great stay at Artfuls, characterful rooms and friendly service, the attention to detail for the breakfast was especially good 👍. Would highly recommend for a stay at Broadstairs.
The hotel is perfectly well situated in Broadstairs, in front of the beach and at 5mn walk to the city center. Beautifull vue on the sea.
Warm welcome and breakfast delicious !!
Stunning property, facilities above and beyond expectations. Cannot fault this property and would be extremely happy to be able to stay there each time in Broadstairs
Comfy room. Lovely and quiet and spacious enough for all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). Hotel is right on the sea front so views are amazing. Good breakfast and dinner.
Very helpful my tv wouldn't work so got moved immediately to a new better room. Very happy with that outcome. Lovely place. Stay again if I was in Kent again
This is a second time I stayed at Botany Bay Hotel. Great location, comfy rooms; I also dined at the hotel restaurant and food was delicious. Will be back!
