Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay.

Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay. Hotel was in the best location, round the corner from The Cavern and close to the docks. We did the Magical Mystery Tour and it dropped us off outside the Hard Days Night hotel which was perfect. Liverpudlian people are so so friendly. Staff at the hotel were so lovely. Eric the concierge met us as we were leaving and he was great too (aka Michael McDonald). Loved our whole stay in Liverpool.

Liverpool is a lovely city and there is so much to see and do! This was my second visit to the Liverpool and I still have not managed to see all the attractions there! There is culture and music, football, very large and beautiful shopping malls, the River Mersey, the Royal Albert Dock and the Beatles! All with their own sites for you to enjoy!! And above all, the people are so very friendly, helpful and welcoming!

The hotel is in a wonderful position for the M&S Bank arena, there isn't a better hotel for going to the arena. Really well situated for anything in the Liverpool docks too. Only a 15 minute walk until you're in the heart of Liverpool City centre too. The breakfast was a high standard with a plentiful selection of hot and cold items. The rooms are spacious and have a wonderful comfy bed and the bathroom has all the toiletries you could need. Great stay, just a few little bits of cleanliness that means they only get a 9.

After London fireworks and concert were cancelled on new years eve. I have decided with my girlfriend to go to liverpool for firework display. We choose this hotel as it was cheapset good rated hotel. Staff member was nice to begin with. I could not remember the name of his but was very polite and helpful. Quickly have checked us into the hotel. Location was brilliant as it was only lile 5 minutes walk to albert docks which is what we wanted to see. Bed was very comfortable and provided us with standard coffee and cups.

the location is excellent so close to both railway and city Centre, the room was comfortable and clean with a good view down towards the Mersey, the breakfast was excellent, great choices and very good quality produce, (as a chef a hotels food quality is benchmark for me) both the dining area and the spacious bar were spotless and well appointed, I have stayed in hotels and paid double the price that were not as good as this, I am sure I will return next time I visit Liverpool.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Ella who wrote down a few suggestions of restaurants and when I asked for any directions she took me down to the street and walked along with me to point the direction I needed. I felt she went way beyond what was expected. A lovely young lady! The hotel wasn't too far from the city centre and only about a half hour walk from Albert Dock. Lovely hotel, staff were really friendly. Reception and the bar area were always busy but not overcrowded - it was a nice atmosphere for a Saturday afternoon/evening. Our room had a great view - the large window gave us a lovely view of the city. The facilities were good - our room was large and clean, the bed was large and the shower was spacious. The location wasn't totally central but it took max 5 minutes to walk to the docks or city centre.
