Staff were very friendly and helpful - even letting my Dad wait in the lounge the next day after we had checked out, while he waited for me at an appointment. Location was great - walking distance to UoR and to a small set of shops/restaurants/supermarkets (in both directions from the hotel). The room was quiet, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean, there was a TV, fridge, microwave and cutlery in the room and you are allowed to bring in takeaways and food to eat in your room. Breakfast was excellent - we both had the full English and there is a buffet too with cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc. Plenty of parking spaces. We would definitely stay here again in the future - good night's sleep.

Location, value for money and very professional and friendly staff. Great room with every thing you needed in the room. Good selection of Beers and spirits. Great restaurant, with great food. Would recommend this location to everyone. Had Great time here. Would come again.

The staff were incredible, being extremely welcoming and accomodating. Also, when I entered the room, they had made great effort to produce a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. This was through classical music, refreshments and a gorgeous scented diffuser.

Lovely hotel with no noise in neighbouring rooms, very good size accommodation. Food very tasty also with on point house cleaning (they couldn't do enough for you)
