As traffic was slow I arrived 30 minutes later than scheduled. There was no contact telephone and nobody at the address. I rang the doorbell several times- no response. I found by accident the keys in the letterbox. There were no instructions whatsoever.

Friendly staff, we had the disabled room which was excellant loads of space bathroom was a wet room so easy for me to shower, bed was very comfortable, location was very good for brands hatch race way, foodwas lovely and service staff.

Lovely clean and welcoming room, very fresh feel to it. Staff were friendly and helpful, both at check in/check out, and at breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Chef's homemade biscuits were a true bonus.

What a find this hotel was. We were at an event in Cyclopark which is 5 minutes away by car. The staff are definitely the friendliest and most helpful you will find anywhere. The room was excellent and the food was top notch. We will certainly book again for our next trip to Cyclopark.
