There was a lot of litter on the car park, i.e. blue paper towels
Would’ve liked the airport, shuttle bus to stop outside the hotel as my wife is disabled. Unfortunately we had to walk quite a distance to the bus stop

There is only single and big problem, at Luton airport nobody knows where can I have bus ticket, even the guys living in Luton said they don't know. I spent half an hour to ask ( even checking the automat machines) and learn for having the bus ticket. After asking tens of people I learnt that you have it in the bus by credit card. How come no body knows and how come there is no information at any where.

I was visiting London, not Luton, so I took the Dart and then the train to Kings Cross. This is extremely easy to do, even for those unfamiliar with travel. On the return journey, the shops at the airport were excellent, service was friendly and efficient. Staying in the Courtyard Marriott before the morning return journey was a good idea, strongly recommend it

The worst experience with Byron House.
The worst experience with Byron House. I tried to check in and they did not have a place to accommodate me. They then rang booking.com to tell them I came with someone else when I was alone, and they have no evidence for this - they literally just done that to steal my booking money, I had to leave and book elsewhere. This is the worst property I’ve ever booked with because it looked like a ghost town and there were sexual noises coming from the room right above the entrance with multiple men there. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS !!!!!!! I will be sharing this review everywhere and urging people NOT to book this property.

Great room was comfy and clean easy access to station and town centre.
The only comment I can make no hanging area and would have liked more than one towel for a 4 night stay. Host was vert pleasant and helpful
The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the train and bus stations, which makes travel from/to London and Luton Airport very easy. It is easy to find. The staff at the reception are friendly and polite. I did not expect luxury. All I needed was a clean quiet room with a comfortable bed and a shower - and I got that. The room was warm, which is a big deal for England, especially this time of the year. It did not have a window, but it worked for me as it meant it was quiet. And it felt safe.
The English breakfast was OK. Friendly staff, quiet in the dining room. Uber from the airport at 2am cost us about £10 (we took a few steps away from the airport to reduce the price of Uber). I think choosing this hotel was a good idea. Instead of going to London in the evening/night and looking for an expensive room with no amenities there, we found that we would stay in Luton and go to London in the morning. At a lower price than London we got much more and with breakfast included!
Quick check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly. Functional room, bed and bathroom. As close to the terminal as you can get (note there is still a 10-15min walk through the tunnel up to the terminal, £12 in a taxi). One of, if not, the cheapest of the on-airport hotels. Tea/coffee-making facilities for an early start which was welcome.
Host was very helpful prior to stay and answered questions quickly. Good transport links: the property is located only a 5-10 minute walk away from the bus station to get to the airport and a similar distance from Luton train station. Room is much cheaper than alternative hotels on the way to the airport.
Great location when you have a morning flight from Luton Airport. The new cable-rail DART will take you to the airport terminal in 10 minutes and it costs only 5 Pounds, Station Its just next to the hotel. The room was spacious, big bathroom, a comfy bed.. all we needed for one night.
Very basic which is reflected in the price. Excellent location for walking to the airport early in the morning. You could buy coffee and food downstairs. Check-in and out simple. Fine if all you want to do is sleep. Cheapest hotel so close to the airport.
If you have an early morning flight like we did, this hotel is a perfect solution. It offers simple, small rooms with clean sheets, a continental breakfast starting from 4 AM (!!!), and it's just a few minutes' walk to the airport. I highly recommend it!
The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were super nice. The bed was not comfortable, but sufficient for the two nights we stayed. The breakfast in the morning was great! The hotel is close to the Luton airport (which is why we stayed in Luton).
Staff very helpful, made every effort to return to some degree of normality. Very good breakfast. Good location for the airport and Luton Parkway station. Very regular bus service to the town centre outside the hotel.
Our flight was delayed and we missed our connection @ Luton - the hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the airport and we managed to get a nice night of sleep before continuing our journey.
Very cozy and clean hotel, walking distance from London Luton airport! If your flight is very early, you have possibi;iy to take something from breakfast buffet with you! The stuff is very friendly!
We wanted somewhere decent to sleep waiting for an early flight from Luton Airport and it fulfilled that. Very cheap and good value for money. Clean with a nice bathroom. The pub food was excellent.
Doesn’t feel like your in luton, when inside the hotel. If you have heard any stigma about luton being a run down town, still consider staying here as it’s not anything like the town Centre.
The whole hotel was clean and staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent for London Luton Airport which we were taking a flight from in the early hours of the morning.
lovely owner of accommodation. Close to Luton airport for flight. nice comfy bed. Everything you need especially if looking for a cheap cheery hotel before flight.
The room was adequate for our needs for one night's stay and was close enough to walk to the airport in the morning. The charge for the hotel room was quite good.
