Check in was easy and we received a warm welcome from the lady at reception. Our room was perfect for my little boy who has autism. Our suite had a spacious adjoining room with two comfortable single beds and a tv for him watch his cartoons while playing with his balloons. He was so comfortable he almost didn't want to leave. Breakfast was also lovely the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was also lots of sockets for appliances and a handy storage area for jackets and shoes.
This was also our little boys first ever stay in a hotel and it was such positive experience for him. We can not thank the staff enough for making this the case.
This 3-star hotel is opposite Crewe Railway Station and just minutes from junctions 16 and 17 of the M6 motorway. Crewe Arms Hotel has a bar, restaurant and lounge, and free Wi-Fi throughout.
With free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to 80 cars on site, this charming hotel is a 5-minute drive from the M6 motorway and 10 minutes’ drive from Crewe.

The architecture inside the Hall was stunning.
The architecture inside the Hall was stunning. We were able to walk around and admire it all due to there not being a function on.
We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and for breakfast.
We had an overnight stay and enjoyed using the leisure facilities which were top class.

We stayed here to visit our daughter at Reaseheath...
We stayed here to visit our daughter at Reaseheath university it was very close and convenient. There was also lots of places to get food and a very local supermarket.
There’s lots of things to do in quite a local surrounding.
We chose to stay in Crewe overnight whilst watching a show at the Lyceum Theatre. The house was a 3 minute direct walk from the train station. I was contacted by the owner before arrival to understand accessing the key. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. TV and Wi-Fi available and bonus breakfast goodies to boot which we were not expecting. It really was a lovely stay and amazing value for money.
Overall, no real problems (though see below). Staff are friendly and check in/out all went smoothly. Good breakfast, back to the buffet style. Room OK, mainly because it was just somewhere to sleep, rather than a base. Great location, just a few minutes from the Railway Station (forget about staying at the Crewe Arms Hotel). Breakfast - if you like your bacon done well (not looking pink), this is the Hotel to come into!
We stayed at this hotel as it was a midway point on our route.
The rooms were basic but very large, clean and comfortable.
We were too late for an evening meal and after seeing the menu we were gutted, it looked amazing.
Breakfast was delicious in the morning.
We had our dog with us which they did didn't change extra for and allowed her to join us for breakfast in the morning.
Good location (close to M6) was the main reason I chose the property as I was up in the Crewe area for business. The hotel which is located in the midst of a golf club is perfectly passable and staff were very helpful and pleasant. However the price point for an advertised 3 star property was higher than one might expect particularly given the basic facilities in the rooms.
I just stayed one night but Chris and the team made me feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt really looked after. Chris has a natural bonhomie and clearly is very good at what he does, and the other staff members were lovely too
The decor is to a high standard and breakfast was very good and freshly cooked
I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
It is what you pay for - a room in a house. The kitchen and bathroom is shared, but for the price what do you expect?
The room is bigger than hotel rooms I have stayed in. It is quieter than a travelodge.
If you want a room to recharge, then it is ideal.
There are many cafes and takeaways so no need to cook.
The hosts of this stay were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and a complimentary bottle of water was provided upon entry to your room. The shower and bathroom were also incredibly clean. I would absolutely encourage any person travelling to Crewe to book a room at this residence.
The reception team were very friendly and helpful, and tried very hard to help us (see below). The breakfast was perfectly reasonable and the rooms were tidy and clean. The area was quiet and felt safe. No problem finding a car parking space even though the hotel was busy.
Crewe Hall is a fantastic listed building. It combines modern comfort with historic flair. A pleasure to stay here. Dinner and breakfast were lovely, staff super friendly and helpful. We will definitely return for a dose of high Victoriana. Always a special treat!
Clean, close to the town centre, staff were able to accommodate my changes in arrival and departure days despite Booking.com's refusal to do so. A little bit more money per night than other places in and around Crewe, but still a nice place for the asking price.
Such a lovely house, we loved the design inside and the space of the kitchen and bedrooms. Very easy to checkin, and great comms from the hosts. Plenty of free parking on the street, and very close to the town centre
Good old hotel built 1860 but nice and modern inside. Opposite the railway station but a good walk to the town centre .it had a good carpark good room with a view and friendly staff .
House was lovely. Master bedroom is great. Comfy king bed. Crewe has alot to offer to families with Wheelock farm park, dimensions pool, Alton towers all within travel distance.
Simple for what I needed (a bed) after an evening event. Didn't use any facilities outside the room so cannot comment on the shared kitchen area etc. Clean and relatively cheap.
Location ideal on the edge of Crewe Town centre ...
Housekeeper Amy was finishing off her cleaning duties & super helpfull & friendly👌Will 100% use again & recomend 👍
The room is clean and the facilities mentioned are all available. The property is near to all amenities and town centre and all the big brands are nearby.
