Staines was close to the attractions we wished to visit (Legoland and Chessington) and had a range of takeaways, restaurants and shops near to our accommodation. Parking was available locally and it made a good base for travel.

Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow. It was a good base for a 2 day visit to Windsor & then Twickenham. Trains run regularly to both. Town was well facilitated with shops, food outlets both major and independent businesses

We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we were visiting the castle. The view of the river Thames from our hotel (The Swan) was lovely. It was interesting to watch so many different boats, kayaks and barges passing by. Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames.
Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames. Staines Town shops are poor. Plenty of eateries everywhere. Interesting buildings if you look for them, but shopping is going downhill fast. I used to live here & notice the difference. If you love the river, you will like Staines-upon-Thames & you can walk a long way on the path.

There are shops within walking distance and everything is close by. The property is well equipped and I was able to cook my own food with ease. Fridge freezer, microwave oven and cooker all included. The apartment is huge and would be ideal for a traveling couple who wanted to explore the nearby area. Overall excellent and Joseph was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The overall cleanliness was very good. The bed had been remade every day when we returned. Breakfast was a very good standard, and there was a good choice. Staff were friendly and efficient. The location is ideal for walking into Staines. I recommend the Chinese restaurant in town. It serves a buffet which includes a fantastic number of starters, mains and desserts, including a chocolate fountain! Delicious.

The bed was really comfortable and bedding was nice and clean and liked that they had a coffee pod machine in the room and staff said if we wanted fresh milk just to ask.
